We really enjoyed our stay. The space was really nice and it is very close to downtown. The only downside was that the hot tub was closed for repairs during our stay and that was a reason we chose this place to stay

Was very happy with are stay , clean, and quiet place to stay , had a great time.

It was on the water. Close enough to walk to stores far enough away to be quiet.

It was exactly what the family needed. Close to downtown, but still quiet and relaxing.

The property was perfect for my family of 4. Plenty of room and seems bigger in person than in the listing! Unfortunately, the day before out trip the pool/hot tub were out of order due to unplanned maintenance and the host graciously provided is with tickets to a nearby indoor water park. Communicating with the host was a breeze, she was very responsive and timly. Check in process was also very easy. I would definitely stay again!

Quiet area , clean condo , easy check in process nothing was confusing. And really enjoyed being able to walk to a lot of fun places. Would love to see it in the summer when everything is opened for more fun !

Perfect location and great communication.

Our stay was lovely. We had everything we needed. The snacks and coffee were a nice touch. The weather was warm enough to sit on the patio to watch people ice fishing on the river.

It was a great stay! The condo was clean and neat with all the necessary amenities. It was located in a great area of the Dells, close to all the area attractions while still being in a quite neighborhood! I would like to return during the summer months to enjoy the outdoor area. The pool and hot tub was located in a seperate building, but very easy to access.

The host was excellent and very attentive. The condo was in great shape and comfortable. We would definitly stay here again.

Everything was great!

Ashely was an AMAZING host! She was very communicative and helpful. She even had a brand new washer/dryer which was extremely helpful due to a fashion mishap that required me to dry a dress I was wearing to a wedding. Her place was so clean and comfortable. My friends and I had an amazing time, no complaints! We were unable to use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean!

The unit was very well appointed. The hostess supplied coffee, granola bars, and popcorn. Very lovely. Thank you for sharing your adorable condo with us so convenient so easy to get to the Riverwalk and walk into downtown. Really a nice weekend thank you.

Super clean well pointed lovely little spot. Excellent if you wanna get a little nature and be right down in the thick of things, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful views of the bay, perfect location. Its very quite and peaceful yet only a few mins walk from the downtown area. You have the most beautiful walk on the Riverwalk getting into town woth spectacular views. The condo was cozy but still plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The city boat launch was literally next to the condo. We brought our kayaks. It was an excellent place to drop in. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Absolutely beautiful location right on the river! Loved opening the shades or walking right outside to see the water and boats. 10-15 min walk from the strip and 8-10 min drive from waterparks and other big attractions. Very convenient! Grocery store close by as well. Master and second bedroom beds and pillows were super comfortable. Sofa bed could use an upgrade, lots of complaints from my son on that which is why I had to give 4 stars. More minor issues, no dressers or shelves for clothes so had to live out of suitcases, and only about 4-6 sets of dishes and silverware so had to wash after each meal. But overall lovely trip and Ashley was wonderful to work with.

Great location, very quiet and peaceful. We loved having the walkout patio. Plenty of space for our family and our 11mo to crawl around freely. Loved that she had a high chair so it was one less thing to pack.

Our family had a great stay. The view of the river was so beautiful and relaxing. The condo itself had all of the amenities you would need and is well maintained. We also enjoyed the hot tub!

This was our first time visiting the Wisconsin Dells. There is so much to do. The condo is an excellent base camp, and close to a lot of activities and restaurants. We LOVED having access to the outside and inside pools. We had the pool to ourselves just about everyday. The patio was a wonderful area for reflection. It also was a very pleasant walk on the riverwalk, and close to all of the downtown shops. Having one bathroom with four people was a little tricky, but we made it work. If there is one suggestion I could make to help with the comfort of the stay, it would be to have towel holders for both the bedrooms like the one in the bathroom. Ashley did a great job providing recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall, a very fun vacation for my family.

Absolutely in love! We just wanted a quiet place to be for some relaxation. My husband is a walker, so explored all over! I wanted to sit and birdwatch. We both got what we wanted. It’s very near the downtown area of the Dells. Space was clean and well kept. A slight issue in bath room. There wasn’t a grab bar in the tub/shower. Seniors like us would love that addition!

Condo on ground level so a few steps down. Clean and pleasant. Location along river very good. Next to public boat ramp so watched boats come and go. Woderful host!!!! Very quick response and pleasant.

We had a great time in the Wisconsin Dells for my husband's birthday. Only one snag, When we reached the complex, we were perplexed by the numbers on the doors. Finally a man in one of the condos, pointed down and told us 405 was at the bottom of the stairs. We hobbled on down and made as few trips up to the car as possible. I can see how this property would be great in the summer months where we could sit on the back patio and watch the boats, and fisherman on the water.

The condo is right next to a boat ramp which provides wonderful entertainment and a relaxing view of the water! It’s also just a short walk (along a well lit, well manicured walkway) to many wonderful establishments right in the middle of town.The condo had all the necessities and was clean and well stocked. Ashley was extremely helpful and responsive too.

A memorable night

We absolutely loved our stay. Our host Ashley was very prompt with responses to any inquiries. We loved coming out to fish in the mornings and evenings (caught walleye and small mouth bass). The location is walking distance to our favorite Pub on the main strip, and the neighbors were very friendly. Will definitely return for future stays!

This location was perfect for my family of four with 2 kids ages 3 and 3 months. The 3 year old was easily entertained by the boats and loved walking over the bridge downtown. The pools were just enough to entertain us, esp being the only ones in them! The condo was clean, convenient, and safe for us. We look forward to staying again!

The condo was perfect for us. Great location. Loved that we could walk downtown. Patio overlooking the water was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights mid week. The condo was clean and as listed. The host was very easy to reach and responded quickly. We had a great stay and would come back.

We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location away from all the chaos downtown, but walkable to downtown. The indoor and outdoor pools were great for our family when we needed some down time. Loved being able to sit on our back porch with water views. My only reason for four stars is that the condo itself is showing signs of wear. Pros: location, pool access, clean, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, liked having tvs in both bedrooms, plenty of space for our family of four Cons: some items are falling apart like a hole in the main room wall, the tub is pealing, the toilet paper holder is broken off the wall, the main bedroom gets hot and muggy at night if the door is closed,so needed to leave it open for air flow Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Host was easy to communicate with prior to arrival and gave great instructions.
