The room was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the host as well. Very helpful and very prompt on their communication. Would stay there again.

I attempted to rectify this situation with the property management directly, but have not been successful.Unfortunately, the condition of the unit was far below acceptable standards. The flooring was both dirty and visibly deteriorating, with sections lifting and a piece missing near the vanity. Walking throughout the unit, the subflooring felt unstable. Additionally, there was a noticeable line of pink mold on the shower curtain. The only areas that appeared clean were those that seemed to have been recently installed, such as the bathroom vanity and parts of the kitchen.The check-in process was also confusing. We received multiple messages, both from the mobile number and through VRBO, indicating that a digital lock code would be provided. However, there was no digital lock on the unit. Had I not reached out to clarify our early check-in, it is unclear whether we would have received the correct instructions for accessing the physical key lockbox.Upon arrival, there was no available parking, which forced us to use the adjacent paid public parking. This issue could likely be prevented with a designated parking pass system to ensure only authorized guest vehicles occupy the property’s parking.While the communication and parking challenges are concerns, the overall condition and cleanliness of the unit are significantly more serious. The state of the property was such that we considered leaving and finding alternate accommodations for the night.I recommend NOT booking here

DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures are deceiving. The floors are cracked, crumbs on the counter, dirty wine glasses and coffee pot, the couch was stained, outside furniture filthy, blood on a pillowcase. The bathroom floor was plywood in spots, stained shower curtain, stained bathroom towels, no tv remote, 1/4 roll of toilet paper. It was disgusting. We contacted the rental company immediately and they said they would bring over clean towels. Not sure how this place has received 8/10 or 10/10 stars. Go elsewhere there are nicer places to stay and better rental companies to deal with.

The condo looks so much better than what we actually saw when we got there. The kitchen floor was tore up pretty much the couch under the cushions had all kinds of food chips, crackers it was a mess. The floor in the bathroom was not finished and didn’t look that nice The hand soap in the bathroom look like they put a little dish soap in there and put water in with it, and there wasn’t very much it just didn’t seem that clean to me. I do have pictures also the decorations in the house or much to be desired.

Blood on sheets dirty towels ( I don’t think they were washed). No hair dryer as listed as an accessory/ needed as I took a shower and couldn’t wash my hair to go to a wedding no additional sheets for the Murphy bed. Parking was full had to park across a four lane road to get to our place.

We booked a room for a girls’ weekend, and Tony was exceptional in communicating with us before and during the trip. The accommodations were beachfront, with easy access to the beach. We had a pleasant stay without any issues with loud music or neighbors. The pool was very clean, and the kitchen was moderately stocked with necessary utensils, cookware, and dinnerware.However, there were a few issues with the unit. There were a few areas of flooring that need to be replaced, and the main blind had a broken piece that we covered with cardboard because you could see right into the room. The coach had multiple stains throughout, so we only felt comfortable sitting on it with a covering over it.Make sure to inform ahead of time if you require linens for the Murphy bed. We received ours 24 hours after our arrival because there is no staff on premises.

Great location with nice pool and beach access. Room was as shown but could use a little minor maintenance/update. Nice stay for the price.

Cute place, great location. Building and room some TLC and updates.

Everything was pretty good, got the the Information I need from the manager before we got there which was great.
