Stayed Feb 13, 2026Extremely poorly maintained condo unit. When we arrived I reported the inoperable key pad lock, the broken chair, the vertical blinds that don’t close for privacy, and the constant rapid drip in the shower. The light in the main room paddle fan did not work. There is not a single baking dish or large bowl provided in the kitchen. None of these issues were resolved during our 10 day stay. When I stripped the bed the morning of our leaving, I was appalled by the nasty thoroughly stained mattress ZERO stars!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Over all great small place to stay with parents and kid. Master bedroom mattress uncomfortable but other than that, it was a great place to stay right by the pool and walk to the beach

Stayed May 3, 2025The room was perfect, other than the dirty towels left in the corner of the in the hamper. Thank goodness there was another beach towel available as only 1 was left in the bathroom.The biggest issue I have was the parking mess... Seems the City wants to charge 20 a day to park in the sand at the fence line. That means you have the 10 or so spots in front and maybe 20 more across the street. If you come in too late, you have to figure it out and risk being towed.I will keep coming back as we have been for the last 5 years, just sad seeing all the changes.
