Pool Side Condo in the heart of Suncadia! Just steps to the pool and hot tub!

Great unit for young family! Walked to pool, playgrounds and had plenty of space! Comfortable unit and well supplied and clean. Love Suncadia area!

Absolutely gorgeous condo, golf and spa were excellent! Had a lot of fun. BUT … they are building a new condo next door. One day we had to leave because of very loud screeching and grinding that went on all day every 5 minutes. So loud we couldn’t hear the TV. Workers were there Sat at 7:00 am with out beeps backing up truck deliveries of materials. I would love to come back but after the condo next door is done.

We went away for a quick girls trip and loved this unit! We’ve stayed in many different ones over the years but this location can’t be beat. The property management was great! 10/10 on this unit!

They are the best, friendly, accommodating and have fabulous rentals. Never an issue, always clean, well-equipped homes.

The place was as advertised. Very nice location with great access to the pool. There were some minor issues. 1) No window covering on kitchen window so at night your very close neighbor can stare straight in at you. 2) The screens on both sliding glass doors did not work but they did offer to send a maintenance person out to work on them. 3) Having only one key was a hassle even with the lock box.

Which is understandable but we were also given an extensive list of chores we needed to complete upon leaving. I am not sure what the 140.00 is paying for..., the unit was immaculate when we left with laundry going and dishes in the dishwasher.

Pool heating was unfortunately not working making pool almost unusable as water was ice cold and jets on hot tub also didn’t work. Internet in the condo was spotty (kept going in/out) and the DVD player was not working possibly needs a new HDMI cable. Condo could benefit for more kitchen gadgets (no pizza cutter).

Very fast and prompt responses when we have questions and the unit itself is well kept-up and kitchen stocked. No issues at all and we recommend it for families of 4 or less and those needing a pet-friendly rental.

Our condo rental was just perfect for my husbands golf group meeting at Suncadia and for my celebrating a friends birthday with lunch at the Lodge. Sitting out on the patio sipping iced tea with the August weather was so relaxing. Everything we needed was in the kitchen...except a muffin tin for the cupcakes...but I had brought one from home. The condo was very clean when we arrived and we tried to leave it also in good condition ready for the next vacation group.
