Why is this condo the perfect place for you To start with, the pool is not even 10 steps away from the porch!Our condo is conveniently located near mile marker 11 and ONLY 1/2 mile away from the Shawnee Bend Access Boat Ramp.

High-speed, fiber internet is a must and this condo has it, along with flat-screen TVs in every room (two with cable). Set up your laptop in the business center complete with a flat screen monitor, wireless and mobile device printer, printer paper, pens, stapler, etc...and a bonus view of the lake while you work.

This condo features a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the 2nd bedroom, a queen bed, and twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. An inflatable, double-size bed is also available should you have extra guests. Extremely soft, new bed linens make for a comfortable night's sleep so you're ready for the day ahead.

When you arrive you'll see the condo is located on the 1st level (ground level to the lake) with an elevator just outside the entrance door to the condo.

PLEASE NOTE: An external surveillance camera in mounted in the upper corner of the deck/porch to monitor the exterior of the condo for large gatherings and disturbances. This provides visibility to the pool area, sidewalk next to the deck, and part of the deck area itself. Please know that we respect your privacy and there are no other cameras.
