Stayed Dec 15, 2025this place was ok but it's starting to show it's age. Certain things need to be fixed ( 2 leaking toilets and a leaking kitchen faucet) The patio door is hard to close and the patio shutters do not open/close properly. Some of the furniture should be upgraded. The living room couch is very uncomfortable. Communication was good and the host is aware of these issues. The grounds around the property are beautiful and the pool area was very clean.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect location for us, the home is built in a park like setting which made us feel we were truly away from the rush of daily life. Wonderful experience.

Stayed Jan 15, 2018We were lucky enough to stay at Minka's condo for a month. Everything went very smoothly and the location was very convenient to everything we wanted to visit and see. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to spend some time in the desert. Thank you again for everything.

Stayed Dec 31, 2016The condo is clean and well equipped and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Minka was very responsive if we had questions or issues. The unit and the entire complex is very quiet and well maintained. The only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub outside of our unit was not working the entire month that we were there. There are five other pools and hot tubs a short walk away. We would definitely stay again and recommend this rental.
