Add $150 for housekeeping and 12% for tax. $69 damage protection; $30 booking fee, 3% convenience fee to process credit card payments. 25% of the total is due at booking and will hold the unit for you. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

The Cabana Condo is a SMOKE FREE BUILDING. So, in order to promote a healthy, family oriented environment for our guests, smoking is not permitted in the condo unit or the balcony. You may smoke, but you will need to step away from the building to do so.
