Beach: Just 500 steps away, the Atlantic Ocean awaits for sunbathing, swimming, and relaxation.

️ Dining & Shopping: Walk to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops, including an ice cream parlor and local pub.

️ Historic Downtown: A short drive brings you to Historic Downtown St. Augustine, featuring local boutiques, dining, and cultural attractions.

Recreation: The complex’s amenities include a large pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. Additionally, a boat launch and fishing pier are next door, making it ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Bike and beach rentals available.



Getting Around:

‍♂️Many local attractions, including the beach, restaurants, and shops, are within easy walking distance from the condo.

Convenient parking is available at the complex. A short drive will take you to Historic Downtown St. Augustine, local shopping centers, and more.

The area is bike-friendly with covered bike parking provided in the complex. Explore nearby trails and scenic routes. (Bike storage is not covered).

While public transit options are limited, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for getting around the area.

Note: The screen door for the main entrance is currently being replaced. The home remains safe, secure, and fully functional during this time.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation.

Smoking is not allowed.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pets are allowed with pet fee and prior approval. 1 dog maximum OR 2 cats maximum. If rules are violated, HOA fees will be guest responsibility.



For stays of 21 days or longer, a $100 deep cleaning fee will be added. We will coordinate payment at the time of booking.
