Stayed Sep 19, 2025This was my 2nd time staying at this property. I came down to spend time training for a race I'm doing at the end of October. The property is in a greal location with easy access to the center of Fountain Hills for restaurants, grocery stores and 'the fountain'. It was quiet and comfortable . I hope to be back next year.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025I had a WONDERFUL time at this absolutely lovely condo with ALL of the amenities that one would need. I have a friend who lives nearby who came and was also very impressed with the space. I can't wait to stay here again. The hosts were also very responsive, and I appreciated being able to check in early. The neighborhood and complex itself is very quiet and peaceful. It was nice to be able to do some online work and then enjoy myself. From making a protein smoothie in the morning, to lovely pool, everything was wonderful. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with me!

Stayed Apr 2, 2025Condo was excellent. I have two suggestions. Toilet page was terribly thin need better tp. Needed a few repairs most importantly the master bathroom sink and faucet on the right are very loose.

Stayed Jan 14, 2025Clean and convenient. Easy access to center of town and Beeline Highway. Reserved parking spot is handy. Can actually see the fountain from the condo. We would stay again.

Stayed Dec 16, 2024This property was absolutely perfect for my husband and me. Clean, cozy, comfortable, and quiet. The condo was very well appointed. The highlights for us were the linens and towels, Keurig coffee, easy-to-use tv, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable king bed. The location is ideal being so close to the Fountain and the main street area. We really enjoyed the walking path around the Fountain as well as the local hiking. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Spent a relaxing 10 days in Fountain Hills. The condo was comfortable, simple and well furnished. The location was ideal with walking distance access to some very nice restaurants and the path around the fountain. Be sure to visit McDowell Mountain Regional park. Incredible trails and sights. I highly recommend this property. The property management was very responsive and very helpful.
