Pool Access! Indian Shores Beachfront Condo

Beach balcony was stunning great view to start your mornings off the right way, beach was beautiful, pool was warm. Overall 20/10 recommend!

The location was perfect. Loving having both the beach and a heated pool, balconies overlooking both, large table for playing cards and board games, and essentially all the needed amenities.

Beach view from back balcony was great. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware and both coffee maker and Keurig. Beach access was very good. Host has a lot of beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers and toys. King bed and living room furniture were all comfortable. Balcony furniture was nice. Security of the complex was excellent.

Very happy w our vacation. Proximity to the beach and great unit helped make our trip memorable. Beds were decent and furniture in living room excellent. Access to beach chairs and umbrellas were great too.

We have been to the condo multiple times before and always love it. Kevin is quick to check in and communicate with us whenever we need something! It is peaceful there and the condo offers you a nice relaxing place to stay. It is always updated as well.

Long weekend getaway for 4 adults - very spacious condo, overall clean and had everything we needed. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Great location, nice view of the Gulf from 1 of the 2 balconies. No issues, would stay here again.

Could be a 4 or 5 star! Linens need update! Sheets in guest room felt like thin plastic. Our guests shortened their stay to 1 night. King size bed was lumpy on one side so not comfortable. 1 bath towel per person was not enough for 1 week. Good news, kitchen had everything we needed and rest of the condo was comfortable.

My mom and I took my daughters to Florida for a long weekend. I wanted something on the water and found this HUGE condo. It was perfect. The picture's do not do it justice at all. Theres a king sized bed in one bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the water. It’s a side balcony so it’s not a huge view, but it was perfect for my daughters to take lots of pictures of the sunset. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet with lots of drawer space in the dressers. There is a pullout couch in the living room and another couch. The living area is ginormous with a large table and chairs and more seating at the counter. You have lots of pots and pans and silverware and other cooking items. There is another huge balcony in the front that wraps around to the side. There’s plenty seating outside for everyone to enjoy the fresh air and you have a nice view of the pool while the kids swim, you can be reading a book or whatever on that balcony. The closet on the balcony has beach chairs and toys, which was great. If you wanna walk across the street for coffee, there is a little French café that has wonderful croissants very near. The best part is that the beach is just a quick ride down the elevator or a flight of stairs and walk out the back everyone at the complex was super friendly, including the maintenance man who was super helpful.

I’ve stayed at this property quite a few times now. It has always been clean and well appointed with everything you would need for a beach vacation. It’s always nice to get back to Indian Shores with its nice restaurants and beautiful beaches. We will come back again. The owner is always a call away to answer your questions.

My wife and I traveled from Augusta , GA to visit with our daughter and son in law Tampa, FL. We were lucky enough to find this condo for 4 nights. What a great condo. Clean, updated, well cared for and in a great location. Beautiful views of the swimming pool and the beach and ocean. I highly recommend this condo and I certainly would stay again. Thanks for everything to the owner and the property staff.

The condominium was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Two balconies was spectacular for viewing ocean and pool. We would recommend this to all thinking about staying in Indian Shores.
