Stayed Mar 30, 2025We stayed for our spring break baseball trip. This was a good location. Easy access to all attractions and beach. The property manager was great to work with and quick to answer any questions we had.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024We have stayed at Magnolia/ Myrtlewood many times. They are a very convenient location for golf outings. We don’t spend much time in the unit because we are out golfing,eating,and drinking. The units have all we need to make us happy when we are there.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024The apartment was clean but had some minor that are an inconvenience. The cable box in the main bedroom does not work. The ceiling fan light could not be shut off at night because the chain was broken. So you could not shut the light off at night to have the fan on. I had to take the bulbs out at night. The air conditioning broke on our second night of the stay. I contacted the owner and they didn’t offer any type of compensation or even an apologize for the inconvenience. They did have someone bring over two portable fans which did nothing to cool off the apartment. It was 82 degrees inside the apartment. I understand that things can happen but I would have expected the owner to make things right.
