Location, price and walk out to beach.

Very cute place right on the beach. It was perfect for a nice get away for me and my husband for the weekend.

7th year at this location and we love it!

This was so horrible. The host double booked and wouldn't answer and fix the problem and gave us the key code so I walked into the apartment with others already there. 2 hours later Vrbo had to help us, they refunded me then we had to find another place. Totally unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Thank you Vrbo for helping us. No thanks to the host though.

The view and location were amazing. Parking and check in was easy and convenient. The only issue is the bed and sofa sleeper were both horribly uncomfortable. A quick upgrade to the support under the mattress would make a world of difference! With a better bed situation we'd easily give 5 stars. It would also be nice if simple beach equipment was provided such as beach towels, a couple chairs, maybe an umbrella but I wouldn't deduct a star for that.

When we arrived, our room was already occupied. We tried contacting the host/property manager, but couldn’t get an answer. We had to sit in a parking lot, at night, after driving several hours, and contact VRBO directly to try and get help. Initially, VRBO asked me to send them pictures, proving that the room was occupied. I had already walked in on a family, which was awkward enough. I told them that I didn’t feel comfortable doing that again. I certainly wasn’t going to take pictures of them. We eventually found another place to stay, that ended up being over three times the amount we paid for this place. We are supposed to get a refund/reimbursement on some of it, so we will see. The host finally sent a message, later that night, stating that they were glad we were able to get help, with no explanation or concern to the matter. The place looks run down and not too safe, so it was probably best that we didn’t stay there anyways. The whole situation almost felt like some sort of scam.

We love staying at Polynesian complex but this particular one needs some update and some TLC . But we do enjoyed our time at the beach and would definitely come back but would hope there were some updates to it!! Thanks !!

Our stay was exactly what we expected. A nice place to stay close to everything yet far enough away for the beech to no be too crowded.

It's in the perfect location for everything - beach and shopping. Host was very responsive. Room was clean. There is no way this room accommodates seven people. There were not enough towels, (one night of) toilet paper, or places to sleep for seven people. Everything was clean except for a majority of the dishes, silverware, and pots.

Such a cute little place. It was clean, right in the middle of everything. We will definitely book it again in the future!

Would love to come back and possibly get one of your renovated units.Love the area and love the property.

Rode my motorcycle down for Bike Week. Had this wonderful beach side condo all to myself. My favorite part was being able to walk out the back door and within seconds have my feet in the sand and being able to listen to the waves hitting the shore. I loved this place!

Just a lovely place, great location without the crowded beach.

Close to the peir & great parking right at our room

It was great to be right on the beach, and it is convenient to everything, but the condo itself could use an upgrade. The sliding door is extremely difficult to slide and doesn't lock without putting a pole behind it. The bathroom needs a complete overhaul. The bed is terribly uncomfortable and the bedroom could use some extra lighting. There was no toilet paper nor paper towels. Would I stay here again? Maybe, because of the location.

Love the first floor with access to the beach.

Location is everything and having your vehicle right outside your door and no elevators. Just what we needed and everything was provided. Super cool place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! It was so nice to unload our car right at our rental door! And being on the beach...Amazing! Thank you! The patio was perfect for having our meals, watching the ocean, the sunset! We so hope to revisit this rental in the near future!!!

Our stay was great. Going to extend our visit next year. Walk out to the beach, I love waking up to the waves and we saw dolphins early in the morning. That was a plus. Location was great for things to do and restaurants close by. Can’t wait till next year !!!!!!!!!!

The views from the patio of the Gulf are wonderful especially at sunset time. The access to the beach from the patio is only steps away which is great and the beach is walkable for a long way in either direction. The unit has a nice kitchen with a lot of supplies for cooking a meal there. The living room & dining room combo is spacious with a large TV. The bedroom is good sized. The mattress is a bit soft for our liking. The bathroom is adequate with a tub/shower combination. The tub does have a tendency to drain slowly. The location of this unit is in a quiet area of the beach and is close to shopping and restaurants. We loved staying right on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to park by the front door to unload our things, and quite nice to walk out the back door and be on the beach. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. The kitchen was tiny, but I didn’t cook the week we stayed there. The condo needs some TLC. With a few small repairs, some paint, and a little updating, it would be a real gem.

Very private, quiet location on the beach!!! Just what we were looking for...

Location was perfect, view was spectacular. The beach wasn't crowded at all. The room is fine if you are interested in just a place to sleep and shower. That was all we needed. Perfect size for the two of us.
