Pointe Santo Newly Renovated Gulf View Ground Floor 2BR Condo

The Pointe Santo property is centrally located on Sanibel Island. It was very easy to find and it was a short drive to restaurants, shops and other points of interest. The condo we stayed in was beautifully furnished and well stocked. The landscaping on the property is still in the process of being repaired due to the storm damage caused by Hurricane Ian. It is not as lush & green as one would anticipate, but now knowing how much damage was done, it is amazing how far the restoration has progressed.

The host was amazing and we had a wonderful time. The condo was stocked with everything you needed for a beach day and for dinners. Very clean and nice inside as well.

The host kept in touch with us by text to make sure everything was going well and offered us help with any problems we may encounter. The condo was perfection: beautiful, well equipped, well situated and comfortable. We loved it.

Wendy,our host was so thoughtful with her communications to us even checking in to make sure our stay was going well.The unit was clean,clean ! All the amenities were there for whatever we needed.A definite return in the future.

This place was great. Very comfortable, clean and the location to beach was awesome. Some construction going on in a effort to bring this little Island back to normal, after all the recent storms. We totally understood and it didnt affect our little get a way.

Our stay was amazing! The property was exactly as advertised and location to the beach was amazing. The only negative thing I can say was the crazy no see ems!! They are for real down on the beach! We will for sure be back as soon as possible!!! Thank you so much Wendy!!

Our condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The pool and beach were steps away. We truly had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and will hopefully return soon.

Wendy was a wonderful host. She was always checking in and everything in the condo was very clean and very well equipped with everything that we needed. We would definitely love to come back to this condo.

Great stay at Pointe Santo. Alot of work has been put into it coming back from Ian. The condo was beautiful and the host was fantastic!

Wendy did a great job in advance of our arrival with updates on the island since hurricane Ian. She was a fantastic host and made sure if we had any questions or concerns they would be addressed immediately.An excellent place to enjoy a week on Sanibel with a host that insured every thing would be first class.

Our stay in Sanibel was perfect. The owner went above and beyond and was super helpful. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful and the new pool was very nice.

Wendy is perfect with communication!! The place is immaculate. Great view of the Gulf. The place is nicely furnished and stocked with beach towels, dishes etc.. I would highly recommend!!

The water--from the pool or the ocean--is just steps away. We rented bikes and got to everywhere in just minutes. We loved the thoughtful amenities, like beach chairs, umbrellas and towels as well as high-quality kitchen items for our family that loves to cook. Comfortable beds and furniture and a lovely en-suite bath.

Owner went above and beyond to ensure that our accommodations were excellent and to communicate everything we wanted to know. The property is very beautiful and comfortable, and it is situated at the best location on Sanibel.

Wonderful work on restoring this unit after hurricane Ian. In my review answers I took the hurricane factor out. Wendy was tremendously accommodating throughout the stay!

Wendy’s home is beautiful and brand new after the renovations made post the hurricanes. We were the first guests to stay since the renovations and any issues were dealt with quickly. Wendy had exceptional communication and let us know ahead of time any delays with the contractors. We would definitely stay here again- would love to see the property once everything is finished :)
