Very good experience. Good communication. Everything you need to feel at home and be comfortable. Loved the comfortable couch to relax and watch TV.

Host was great

Cute easy access condo in a wonderful location with a very comfortable bed. It's very quiet. We didn't hear any neighbors. It was well supplied with the necessities. The communication with the host was A.

Centrally located to all Branson attractions. We were visiting a friend in Nixa so it was a bit of a drive but it worked for us!!!

Very nice stay. Enjoyed time on the balcony watching wildlife. Very convenient location.

Clean, well organized. Misrepresented statements regarding golf course & pond view. Golf course view is T green. Pond view is a stream entry (normally no flow) to a pond. Manager had very poor communications. We had to contact vrbo to obtain access to condo. Upon entering the condo (1 hour late) we messaged the manager with a notice of numerous paint chips all around the condo on door frames & doors. Manager did not respond to our message for 36 hours & then she wanted us to provide pics & details. If this condo has been remodled the painters missed all the wood trim & doors.. Manager has a list of todos: wash the towells & the bed sheets, remove trash from condo, load & run dishwasher, no street shoes to be worn in condo. Quickly ran out of hot water in shower. Apparently manager has never been in condo, lives in Florida. Part of our rate included housekeeping but they want tenants to do it all. On a scale of 5*, this manager is a -3*.

This beautiful condo was perfect for 2 adults for a long weekend in Branson. It was stocked with everything you need to be comfortable and more. There are many important details about your stay and these were all communicated to us ahead of our stay which made it easy to figure out the key code, TVs, security gate and more. We would stay here again! Perfect stay!

Loved this condo!! Super cute, well maintained, quiet neighborhood. This was my first VRBO experience and I sure hope my future stays are just like this one. I couldn’t have asked for better!

The check in process was effortless. The property itself clean and very well kept. The condo was very clean, just the right amount of space & well equipped for as meeting your needs are concerned. We enjoyed the condo and highly recommend it if you are coming to Branson for a few days.

Excellent...Clean, third year to stay at Pointe Royale...enjoyed our time. This was a perfect place for us.

Wonderful but you might want to remind people about cleaning the dryer vent. It was pretty bad. I cleaned it as best as I could without a vacuum but ...

Nice condo for a couple. Well appointed with private patio. Only issue was noise from people in the condo above.

Our stay was wonderful. Great location. The unit itself was lovely. Nicely decorated and stocked with all necessities. Communication was perfect. Very clear instructions and everything worked as directed check in at gate, WiFi etc. Will definitely stay here again if we find our way back to Branson.

The condo was very clean, quiet and quaint. It’s the perfect getaway for two I think. My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary and loved it. Will definitely be back and recommend. Thanks

We were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean, very quaint, stocked with everything we needed, and just an overall pleasant stay. We look forward to staying in that complex next year.

It was a perfect!! A beautiful location. It was very peaceful. All attractions were close but far enough to enjoy sitting outside. Would definitely book again .

Good but not great accommodations. Parking lot was at a slant, with at least six stairs into the condo. Had to unload without assistance. Kitchen light bulb and one bathroom light bulb need replaced. Good shower, but extremely slick shower floor. Couldn’t watch KC Chiefs game on Sunday as no local channels were broadcast. Manager did check on us after first night. It was appreciated.

Everything said about this property is true! It was adorable, spotless, comfortable bed, tee overlook, great location, always felt safe, and a fabulous shower! The indoor pool had perfect water temperature. And don't forget to stop in Capone's for the best steak ever!

We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Branson. Very secure, easy check in. Lots of amenities. Very quiet.

Property was the perfect size for a family of three! It was clean and had all amenities we needed. Property manager was great with communication! All the attractions were easy to get to including the Branson strip and silver dollar city! My family and I plan to return again!

This condo on the golf course was perfect for us! Had everything we needed and the price was well within our budget. The location was in the middle of what my patner and I wanted to do. Highly recommended for a couple looking to get away for thw weeken

This was a very nice and clean condo. The host had check in and check out plans emailed early. My family felt at home and comfortable. My only suggestion would be more bath towels.

The property was lovely and we had a great time in Branson. Our problem was that even after numerous attempts to communicate with the property manager, we never received out codes before we left on a 5 hour drive to Branson. Of course we continued to try to reach out numerous times on the 5 hour ruse to get in touch but never received any call vack
