Pointe Royale, No Steps Entry, Pools, Pickleball

Had a family, after-Christmas getaway at this clean, comfortable, well-equipped condo in Pointe Royale, a fantastic gated community in Branson. The condo is well-maintained and spacious-- plenty of room for our 8 people; we had full access to all community amenities (pool, sauna, fitness center, clubhouse restaurant) and there is easy access to the strip and other areas in Branson. The ground level entry to this property is great when you have lots of stuff (we were here for 10 days) and it is an end unit, with no one above or below you. Well-equipped, full kitchen and washer/dryer were invaluable. Great view from the back deck (there is a deck on both floors) of Lake Taneycomo valley. There is a great trail along the water that you can access from Pointe Royale and the lake/river also has decent trout fishing from what I understand. Overall a fantastic place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Our family stayed for 9 nights and had the best time - can't wait to do it again next year! There was plenty of space for six adults and two children - and could have had sleeping room for more! We used the giant master closet for a pack n play for toddlers! There is a giant dining table for meals and games - a kitchen with everything we needed to make our meals. There is a deck on both levels - allowing quiet peaceful morning coffee for each of our couples. Pointe Royale has amazing amenities - we were able to walk to the clubhouse to use the hot tub and indoor pool - snacks at the grill with grandkids. Because the community is gated - it is safe and had little traffic - allowing us to ride bikes to the playground and the river front in the secluded community. The unit was simple and clean - had everything we needed - perfect! Accessing the property was a breeze! The property was a short drive to the Strip, Table Rock Lake - Silver Dollar City and Top of the Rock! Branson is the best - a lake and hiking and bike trails - AND fun for all ages! We will definately go back to Sight and Sound, Silver Dollar City, and the lighted golf cart tour at Top of the Rock!

Loved the location and security

Very nice place to stay in Branson. It was very clean, warm and inviting. We especially liked that it was on ground level and we didn't have to haul luggage up any stairs! The manager communicated with us immediately when there was a glitch in getting the entry code. The only drawback for us was that the bathrooms could use some updating, especiallly the shower/tubs.. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!

The property was awesome! It was close to the strip but far enough away that the area was quiet. We were welcomed to a Christmas tree and fire burning in the fireplace when we arrived. Awesome touches that made us feel very welcome. Brenda answered all of our questions and communicated throughout our whole process. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone going to Branson!

Great spot for a family wedding weekend. The hot tub was open til 10pm and we went each night. Easy to walk from unit to pool/fitness clubhouse at any hour.

Nice condo for our stay! Close enough to everything, but still far enough away that it was quiet. Would recommend room darkening curtains, but it was nice that they offered a high chair and pack n play! Nice full kitchen, washer and dryer, multiple bathrooms, balcony, very nice.

Home was inviting on arrival. Beautiful scenery, quiet neighborhood. Home had all the necessities to make breakfast each morning. Slept great in the beds. Will definitely return.

The condo was in a convenient and safe location. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and the older people in the group enjoyed the gym. This very busy family got to enjoy some family time and relax. The location is convenient to the Branson strip area.

This condo was home away from home! There was more than enough room for our three couples to have their own space - and a big table for games - comfy couches for movie night! The back deck was our favorite for morning coffee! Pointe Royale has everything you need if you didn’t want to leave the property! Two pools, a hot tub, a hiking trail, pickleball/tennis courts, a gym, a golf course - and a grill! There’s a delicious little restaurant for Prime Rib right outside the gate - with live music! We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay immensely! Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Mulligan at Pointe in Branson a beautiful condo. We rented this place for 4 days. Everything you need except your food. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The area very quiet on the golf course. We loved the pool and restaurant great menu and the prices the same as any restaurants in the area. Close to everything you love to see in the area.
