Stayed Nov 21, 2025The unit was clean but needed to be updated. At first the front door lock was not working. The owner brought a key.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025This place was ok. It's very close to the clubhouse which is nice and if you need a cheaper place to stay this is it. It's not updated and amenities are minimal. It was very cold upon our arrival and heat took a while to catch up, but stayed warm. The place could benefit from a deep clean with some dust on the walls and in the corners of the rooms. I asked if cleaning supplies were available and did not get a response from the host. I've stayed at pointe royale before and had pretty high standards based on prior rentals.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025Lovely condo. Just right for a couple to get away. Gated community. Great amenities. Close enough to town but far enough off the strip to avoid traffic noise. Really close to the lake. Went to see The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe which was just the other side of the highway at what was the Welk Theater. It was absolutely amazing. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Overall, we were happy with the condo. It has a musky cologne-like scent. I am sensitive to smells and can get headaches from them, so that is on me. It was great for a place to lay the head for the night.
