Pointe Royale Condo retreat

The place was super clean the only issues we had was the smoke alarm went off while I was just frying some eggs. Also only half a roll of toilet paper. Glad I brought some. Also, got accused of burning a hole in a comforter? The comforter wasnt even the 1 on our bed. That was the worst of it, but over all it was super clean and he belived me about not burning the comforter. Would stay again.

This was a great place to stay for a quick weekend in Branson. Everything was neat and clean. We would definitely stay again next time we come to town.

The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were 2 very tiny chairs, one of which was broke, in the living room that were difficult to sit in, leaving little room to watch TV. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. I attempted to contact the host, but my message was never returned. There were also a few broken pictures and brackets on the wall. Overall, it was okay, but there is definitely room to improve guests' stay.

Convenient for our short stay. Clean. King bed was comfortable.

Alex was a great host, answered all of our questions before our trip. This made check in and check out go quite smoothly. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the space was perfect for my husband and I. The hot tub was perfect after a day of being on our feet. We will definitely be back and share with others traveling in the area.

Our stay was great very nice neighborhood and my husband loved the golfing and clubhouse staff were great. We looking forward to another visit.

Clean, great location, and comfortable condo. The bed was very comfy, soft sheets, and comfortable mattress. Pool was nice. Neighborhood was nice. Only complaint is there were only 3 washcloths and 4 towels for 3 of us. I would suggest bringing your own washcloths atleast. If you do not reuse towels (like us) I would suggest bringing a few of your own so you do not have to wash daily. Other than that great stay.

The stay was good. Location was good overall the condo was clean. Please pass on to the owner that the cleaning company needs to work over the patio. When you go onto the patio. It was nothing but cobwebs and a broken broom that I was trying to sweep the cobwebs off with it definitely needs some attention.We would still recommend this place to our friends, but please do something about the patio

Point Royale is a nice property. However, the condo we stayed did not have hot water for the entire time we were there. I messaged the owner and was told to flip the breaker, which I did, because that usually fixes the issue he said but it didn’t. 3 days of cold showers. Asked for a refund. Didn’t receive one but if we stayed again he would consider a discount. I felt like some compensation for our stay here was appropriate.

Well where should I begin honestly my personal opinion it was very outdated with small tvs small, hot water tank wasn’t working like it should couldn’t get hot water anywhere had to microwave it at times I had to buy my own dish soap I figured they would provide it for us but it’s ok. The light bulb in the fridge was out. , They did lets us check in early that was good

Condo was good. Nothing fancy but had what we needed— until we started to take a shower. NO HOT WATER. No response from owner for hours. Will definitely ask more questions next time.

We always enjoy staying at Pointe Royal. The email from the host stated there was a new Keurig but there was no coffee maker at all. We bought one and I left a message on the hosts phone and a written note that we had left the one we bought for the next booking. .

We had the best stay. We knew this was more of just a place to sleep as it’s always busy when in Branson. We enjoyed the unit, we had one slight issue with the coffee maker and made sure Alex knew right away. They were quick to respond and so kind. We will absolutely be staying again!

The property is located well and is safe. Cleaning was lacking in some areas and the living room furniture wasn't very comfortable. The bed was good and the kitchen was well equipped.
