Great view of the ocean from the balcony and a quiet small complex. Perfect for my ‘ocean and beach therapy’!!

Stayed Nov 18, 2023Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Million dollar view, unfortunately unit was more like staying in a dirty low end motel. This was our 2nd stay, had hoped for improvement in the year between stays. That was not the case - unit was dirty and dated. You will be greeted with a broken, useless storm door as you step off the elevator. Showerhead was covered in black gunk that had to be scrubbed off before using shower. We had to wipe every surface ourselves before we felt comfortable. A deep clean would help in the short term, but what is really needed is a complete gut remodel. Other units in this building are advertised for vacation rental and they clearly show the potential for what this unit could be. With the exception of what looks like a new slider on the balcony, it does not appear as if these owners put a single dime into their property. It could be an amazing property given the location and view, but the unit itself is in desperate need of a complete makeover.

Smaller condo building and very quiet which is what we were looking for! We have been coming to Indian Shores since 2017 and this is our new go to place!!
