Stayed Jun 21, 2025We stay in New Smyrna every year and this was our first time at Point East. The complex as a whole has a great pool/community area and is kept up very well. The room was nice, clean and exactly what we expected. The owner was very communicative and gave advice of places to visit and things to see in the area. Overall this was a fantastic stay!

Stayed Mar 14, 2023This is our second time staying at point east and I have nothing but positive things to say. Starting with the property manager Lori. She was incredible from the moment I booked the condo. Always available and easy to get in touch with. The condo was beautiful and clean! And as for point east it’s laid back go with the flow which I love. We have 3 girls 5 and under, the bottom floor unit was perfect and easy access to the pool and beach. My girls also loved playing in the grass area every morning and evening! 10/10 recommend! We will be back!
