Playa Royal 3404 Luxury Condo

Location, location location... It's right on the beach, with a great pool for kids, a great dandy beach with palapas, and food and beverage service!

Our family had a great time at Playa Royal. The condo was lovely, very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everything worked well, the kitchen had all the pots and pans, dinnerware etc that we needed to cook a few meals in. We also made use of the barbecues downstairs. The resort itself was wonderful, so peaceful and quiet with meticulously maintained grounds. We enjoyed the pool and beach. Umbrellas, palapas and lounge chairs were always available. Keep in mind that as renters we only had access to the palapas at the back of the beach, but they were totally fine. The area is nice and we felt very safe while there. Tuesdays there’s a market across the street that’s worth a visit! The only downside we had was some difficulty checking in. The front desk staff didn’t have confirmation of our rental. However after messaging Tanna, they got it sorted out. The one gentleman at the front desk was not always the most helpful, but there was also a young woman who was easier to get information from. Also, there was no pack n play in the condo, it apparently disappeared, so if you’re bringing a baby you might need to rent one. Communication with Tanna was mostly good. All in all, it was a pretty fantastic experience for us and we would love to come back in the future!

Beautiful condo and an amazing view! The manager communicated clearly and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. The beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed the beach, the hot tub and the pool. All were well maintained. There was ample shade or sun depending upon your preference and no shortage of chairs or loungers. The unit was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured. The beds, pillows and couches were all comfortable. All the appliances worked well and with a washer/dryer unit present you do not need need to bring a surplus of clothes. We did not need to contact the owner except to request entry one hour early and she was prompt in communicating an approval for us. All in all, this place rates the perfect rating as a luxury property.

The host was very professional and personal as well. I hope to rent there again. Very nice and perfect for our family.

Beach front views from living room and master bedroom. The gardens with palm trees, manicured lawn, iguanas, and various birds were both beautiful and interesting. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Great condo!

Our family had a fantastic trip to PV. The property had a great pool and our condo was well appointed and clean. 5 stars across the board. The owner, Tanna, was exceptional with her communication and reached out several times to make sure we had what we needed and that everything was going smoothly. Thanks, Tanna! We hope to visit again in the near future!
