Beautiful property in a beautiful setting. The condo is decorated with high quality Mexican furnishings and art. The wrap around balcony is perfect for sweeping views of the bay and whale watching. I really appreciated the detailed and helpful instructions too. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts and they were quick to reply. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a lovely condo,with an amazing lanai overlooking the bay. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds are extremely comfortable with great linens! The bathrooms have all been redone so those were exceptional as well. The Mexican artwork and the design of the furnishings are all 5 stars! Beautifully done!!!

We loved this spot! The property manager was very quick to address an issue we had which we appreciated very much. We look forward to returning to this special location!

Very pretty view, feels like you are over the ocean. Favorite part watching the resident turtle swimming when the water was calm and also the eagle rays from the balcony. And then running down to snorkel with them, although the turtle is very shy! Also, watching the lightening storms from the balcony. Liked the beach there, sandy bottom and the pools were large. The building and gardens are kept up nicely. Our teens were wishing there was a gym but apparently there will be soon.

A spacious and lovely condo with a spectacular view and location. We saw whales multiple times each day from the beautiful and large balcony and fell asleep to waves through the night. Many thanks to Monika for being such a responsive and gracious host! We hope to return many times.

This condo is stunning, the art work is beautiful. With an amazing ocean view we were treated to watching humpbacks from the comfort of the patio. So very clean, with everything we need to prepare meals. Room service is available from the beach restaurant, at an additional, but reasonable price. Communications with the hosts were wonderful. Quick response and touched base during our stay to ensure our needs had been met. 100% would recommend!

Condos were in a great area. Perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the sun. If you are looking for a partying place, not here. Family friendly. A lot of construction going on to better the complex. Only downfall was no AC in common area. Beautiful wood doors but they don’t close completely to cool the one bedroom. Needs a few updates but overall, a great experience. It was our first time not staying at an all inclusive hotel/resort. Love Puerto Vallarta!!

My friend and I rented the condo for a week. We loved the location, especially the view from the balcony. Every day we went down to the beach for a swim, and in the evening we would go into Puerto Vallarta for dinner. Although the rental is outside of the town centre, it was easy to get around by bus. We also took the bus to the Botanical Gardens, which is worth a visit. The condo was also clean and had everything we needed, including purified water. Although the unit had AC, we did not use it because temperatures were cool enough with using the fan and outside breeze. We look forward to a return visit to Puerto Vallarta and Playas Gemelas.
