The Space:

With Playa del Carmen just a half mile away from you, this fourth-floor apartment is the perfect abode for a thrilling and lively beach-cation! Spend your days discovering the area, or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar). This retreat offers a great spot for solo travelers, couples, and friends alike.



Inside, a modern and well-appointed kitchen with modern, stainless steel appliances awaits. The adjoining dining table seats four. Kick your feet up and relax in the inviting living area, especially after a fun day getting to know downtown or swimming in the community heated pool. The living area has been beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture, a TV, and plenty of chic decor. From the living area, you will have direct access to a private balcony furnished with two chairs. This apartment also features a stackable washer/dryer, a bedroom with a TV, and a full bathroom with a standalone shower.

Things to Know



There is an open-air Club Social Karaoke Bar right below the apartment, there will be a lot of noise from 8:00 pm until 3:00 am, please consider this before booking / Hay un Club Social Karaoke Bar al aire libre justo debajo del apartamento, habrá mucho ruido desde las 8:00 p. m. hasta las 3:00 a. m., por favor considere esto antes de reservar.



The full kitchen has no dishwasher.



There is a double sofa bed in the living room.



Guest Access:

We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

Getting Around:

The condo is centrally located, just a few steps from Fifth Avenue (Quinta Avenida), where you will find readily available bus stops and taxi stands.



The Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately 55 kilometers (34 miles) away, with an estimated travel time of 1 hour by car or taxi.



You can also opt for the ADO bus service, which offers frequent transfers from the airport to downtown Playa del Carmen. For those who prefer to drive, parking is available at the condo (please inquire about details when booking).



Explore the city on foot, by bicycle, or by using public transportation services to discover everything that Playa del Carmen has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the ID of each guest who will be staying, as well as a signed copy of the condo rules. This helps us ensure a harmonious environment with the neighbors and comply with the building's regulations.



The condominium undergoes periodic fumigation as a preventive measure. However, due to the city's humid climate and the local vegetation, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear. To help prevent this, we highly recommend not leaving open food outside the refrigerator.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. We also provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you would like additional cleaning or a replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra charge.



To ensure the air conditioning functions properly, we kindly ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is turned on and to avoid setting the temperature below 21°C (70°F), as this could cause the unit to malfunction during your stay.
