A digital rental agreement must be signed before arrival. You’ll also need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the resort lobby, ticket booth, and seating areas. Complimentary resort Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Guest parking is included, with accessible parking spaces available. The front desk can assist with concierge services and recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment.



The Neighborhood:

The resort is located in a family-friendly area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, shopping centers, and entertainment districts.



Getting Around:

While the resort offers shuttles to major theme parks, a car is recommended for visiting restaurants, outlet malls, and other Orlando attractions not on the shuttle route.

As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.



PLEASE NOTE:

Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them.
