Pinon Park B2 | Relaxing Private Hot Tub!

There were half drank water bottles left in one of the bedrooms, used dirty towels left in the master bathroom and closet. There was a dried piece of food in the silverware drawer, bread left on the counter from a previous guest. Overall the condo felt dirty

We lived the property. So cozy. Well set up kitchen. The beds were lush and made us feel pampered. And pretty views

Thoroughly enjoyed the short stay.

Very nice condo in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony and the hammock. Very comfy beds and pillows. The condo had everything we needed for our stay.

The house needs a water softener for the dishes and sink faucets. The dishes, pots, and silverware are poor and have really bad water stains. Even cleaning them does not help. The barbecue was fifthly that i can to clean it before use.

Small condo, very nice and clean and just the perfect amount of space for my family of 4. Me and my family enjoyed the stay and the hot tub. We will be back and look forward in renting out again.

This property was much more than just my wife needed but loved it. Lots of space, well decorated and appointed. Great location for all of our activities in and around the area. Had just come from Taos where the beds were horrible. Fell it love with the king sized bed and the memory foam topper.

The place was nice, stairs were not mentioned in description. Not super clean there were pistachio and sunflower seed shells that were on the dining, living room and patio floors. Bowl of dog or cat food on patio, no pets? No smoking? Ashtray on patio. One of the chairs on the patio had webbing broken and missing but were covered up with cushions. I fell through when I sat on the chair, my husband fell off a tippy red chair that also had a broken seat covered over with a cushion. Cushions are old, dirty, need replacing. Patio needs a good cleaning. We were unable to turn on Master bath knobs, stuck, sinks backed up when water was running in both bathrooms. We had to go out and buy and replace 3 light bulbs that were burned out, others that need replacing still. Hot tub had a lot of sediment on seats and floor. We called the management co. got no answer one time. After that we just dealt with it. With these things taken care of, place would be nice.

We loved our stay! Cute, clean condo style cabin! The neighbors were also very sweet! Thank you!
