Pineapple Paradise | Beachfront, Heated Pool!

The blue carpet in one of the bedrooms appeared rather filthy and worn, as did the flooring throughout. Could be the choice of flooring. I would suggest having a tray with pepple rocks in entryway to leave shoes to prevent dragging in sand from the beach.

First and foremost, this place was clean, clean, clean! It is oceanfront, however, also overlooks a parking lot with RVs. Not a dealbreaker. Also, everything we needed was they’re like towels, pots and pans, etc. There’s no washer and dryer in the condo nor on site so we found a local laundromat to wash clothes. The pool and hot tub on cider fantastic elevator access made getting up to the second floor easy. Overall, this condo was a great value!

The condo overall was great. The bathrooms needed more cleaning. The tub had hair in it and the shower had sand.

We had a great time at Pineapple Paradise. The location, pool, and beach access are all amazing. I would have liked to have had more bath towels in the condo.

It was exactly as pictured. Had everything you could possibly need to make the perfect vacation spot

No washer or dryer, dish washer didn’t work, limited beach toys for kids, elevator broke more than once and people were stuck inside for 45 minutes. I’ve make was slow to work. Also, fridge drawer was completely broken and there were no normal VRBO seasoning. .. not even salt and pepper. I communicated all of this to the people managing the property and got no response or acknowledgment for any of my concerns. No partial refund or even an I apologize. Loved the condos overall, but this house was less than subpar.

Except for a lot of floating wood in the ocean, the experience is quite nice.

Lovely property and very clean with great beach decor and awesome views. But the toilet in the guest bathroom keeps running so needs to be fixed.

It was very clean and relaxing

My family and I loved the condo and enjoyed that the area was very central to all kinds of activities!

The property manager (worked the front gate) was amazing and jumped to ensure we had everything we needed but the elevator would constantly stop working making it very hard to leave the condo. I have a bad leg so stairs were almost impossible to use.

We really enjoyed our stay. I let our daughter choose between a few rooms and she chose this room because of the LIME GREEN WALLS. It was great. It was clean. All the TVs worked. The AC was ice cold. We would come back to this condo.

The nice thing about this property was the location. My friends wanted beach and pool and the were prefect.

1 bathroom shower never had hot water.Could use more towels.

The condo was fine. The location, views and the heated pool/hot tub connected to the pool saved the trip for us. The condo needed a good deep clean. The baseboards in the kitchen were dirty or looked dirty, the microwave hadn’t been wiped out and the floor felt overly gritty. Like it hadn’t had a great sweep or vacuum in a while. The toilet made a constant refilling gasping noise and the fans in both bedrooms squeaked so they couldn’t be used at night. If you are staying for more than 2 days with 4 people, bring your own bath towels. There weren’t enough in the condo - especially when you have to use one for the floor in the bathroom because there were no provided bath rugs or towels for this use. The shower off the kitchen never got hot. We all ended up taking showers in the bathroom off the master. It would be great if the owners would provide a few rugs throughout the condo; would deep clean the grey chair- it was filthy - if we sat on it we covered it with a towel; Install blackout curtains in the bedrooms - the lights are crazy bright in the hallways outside making the room very bright; check out the dishwasher- we did a load the night before we left intending to unload it in the morning but the dishes were filthy still.

When we arrived, the key pad on the door didn't work so we had to call maintenance to fix it. We were provided the wrong code to gain access to the beach and pool so if we had not tried it on the pool area before going on the beach that first night, we would have been stuck on the beach in the dark not able to get in. Thankfully the guard at the front was able to give us the correct one. As far as the condo itself, it’s a bit small. They only provided thin blankets for each bed, so we had to go to Wal-Mart and purchase several. The place has a musty smell and several things were dirty including the bathtub and silverware drawer that we had to clean. The main issues were the dishwasher and people upstairs. The dishwasher did not dry so we had to spend the time to dry ALL the dishes, not something you want to do on vacation. The really big issue was the people upstairs. The first day or 2 there wasn’t anyone above us but when they arrived it was torture. It sounded like elephants running around and it was ALL the time. We were so happy to be able to get out of there. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Great location!

Great for small family, had everything by we needed for a brief stay. WiFi worked well, enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching wave and pelicans flying by. Easy access to the beach.

It was exactly what we needed!

Gray unit, plenty of room, great view . Will Come back!
