very well stocked with everything including kleenex and shower products . lovely and comfortable outdoor area, comfortable beds, beach equipment , coolers and towels in excellent condition and a plus to have available . Grilling area, grounds and gardens were very clean and well maintained , so many beautiful flowers everywhere.

Communication with this host was excellent. They anticipated the things we would need to know and reached out early and often. Parking, trash, directions for check in, etc were all very clear. A word of caution that Google Maps first took us to the golf course which is one turn too soon. It would be obvious during the day, but if you’re arriving when it’s dark, this can be a little confusing. The property was quiet, peaceful, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is large (3 people doing tasks can easily fit without trouble), well lighted and clean. Appliances are in great working condition and the cabinets are well stocked with dishes, mixing bowls, dining and cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. We also found a few staples (salt, pepper, cooking oil) which came in handy. Outside there are a number of chickens roaming around (like all of Kauai). Don’t feed them or they’ll quickly become a nuisance. You can hear some crowing in the distance in the early morning, and if you feed them, they’ll come closer. We could at times hear footsteps (sounded like kids running) of our upstairs neighbors but besides that has no issues with surrounding noise. It’s a family friendly place so this wasn’t unexpected. This unit boasts some nice features that make the stay extra convenient — a washer/dryer, connected garage, the trash/recycle bin is a few steps away from the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

This property had everything we needed and then some. Great location, great amenities and great community.

Beautiful place to stay. Super clean and a great place to relax after a long day. There is shopping and a coffee shop within walking distance down the road. The pool was very nice too. There was plenty of beach gear to use in the garage. I would recommend staying here.

Great location, so helpful to have laundry on site. Added bonus is the pool toys, snorkel masks and beach chairs! They even had a high chair and pack and play ready for us. Would definitely recommend to those traveling with kiddos.

We loved our stay here - the condo was so well stocked with everything we needed from toilet rolls to laundry detergent to coolers for the beach.The location couldn't be beaten either - walkable to so many restaurants and the beach.We used the pool and the gym which were both great also.

It was just a short drive to the beach (less than 5 min), shopping and restaurants. After exploring the island, we loved to hang out by the pool. We booked this for a family trip to Kauai and were very pleased. The location is wonderful, and the rooms and grounds were as clean and beautiful as Disneyland! Communication between the host was excellent from the time of booking through checkout. Highly recommend this charming, clean, and lovely location.

This home was amazing and had everything we needed to have a wonderful 9 day beach vacation in Kauai. The location is ideal and all communication with the property manager was seamless. I’d highly recommend and hope to come back soon!
