Stayed Jul 16, 2021Renting was easy, place was nice, issues full bathroom in master bedroom, central air didn't keep common area cool and family felt camera in common area said to be facing door was invasion of privacy. View of mountains from balcony was great, host was very helpful with any of our needs. Despite the few issues my family has I could see myself staying at this location again.

Stayed Jun 11, 2021HVAC was horrible, did not cool adequately and was very loud, difficult to sleep. Although cleanliness was not a big problem, we did cleaning to make the stay more comfortable. The commode in the laundry was fit for a child. Towels were torn and worn. Shower could have been cleaner. Balcony was large with great view of Pikes Peak, but cluttered and table was filthy with no cushions on chairs for table. Grille was filthy.

Stayed Sep 5, 2020I planned to rent a place where 4 adults could stay for a week and sight seeing around Colorado. We are two married couples so having two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was very important to me. After traveling all day from Florida to Colorado we arrived at our destination. It was very very dated. But I saw the pictures and knew it was dated. When we chose our bedrooms we learned there is really only 1.5 bathrooms. But we could have accepted that except the Access to the one bathroom was through our friends bedroom. We all have to schedule out showers because we r going through their bedroom. This was not something we were willing to do. The owner was nice. After I told her of the inaccuracy of the add she quickly updated it and changed it. That didn’t help us though. We ended up moving our stuff to a hotel. Unfortunately we r not able to be together as much in separate rooms but we have our own private bathroom
