Stayed Mar 28, 2026Highly recommend! Lots of room for a large family and walking distance to restaurants. Only complaint is the king size beds are 2 twins put together. Not the most comfortable sleeping situation.

Stayed Mar 5, 2026GOOD: Great communication with host. Proximity/access to the oceanfront. Great mixture/size of bedrooms and baths. Easy check in and out.Needs improvement: The bathroom in the master bedroom on first floor needs a privacy door. Carpet needs to be replaced. Appliances and furniture are outdated (especially the couches).With the recommended improvements my family would stay again and recommend Pier Watch Villa I Unit 305 to our friends and family.
