Picturesque 18th-floor gulf-front condo w/ pools, hot tubs & beach service

Beautiful sunset views

Nice condo but actual place is terrible. We had to climb 18 flights of stairs with a toddler and groceries because the elevators went out and firemen had to come and try to get them out because then the power went out and then after the power the water and air went out ... elevators took over 20 minutes to come to your floor when they were working just overall bad experience with this place

Loved the experience, great location right on the beach. Enjoyed the firework show at perfect view from our balcony. Only thing I would have to say was bad was the elevator wait at times but understand it’s 30+ floors and a lot of people in and out. Overall it was great and will return in the future

Nice place to stay. Could have been cleaner. Could use a little updating with paint and door handles missing. We think the pay to parking is ridiculous. Because paying what we did to park in normal spot is not right. Need more blankets or thicker blankets on beds.

All as expected. Great room beautiful view, only complain need more linens.

King bed not confortable, sinks, moves . No coffee filters . Needs a modern coffee machine like KEURIG Broken lamp was left on the night table.

It was very nice, prefect view. Everything was great. Wished it had a hair dryer and the floors were swept and mopped we took our shoes off when my sister and i got in there.. our feet got black and you could feel they wasn't clean but other then that. It was a wonderful place to stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time in our condo, everything worked as it should it was just like it's online the refrigerator was ice when I got there there have been times we went to condos and they said it took 24 hours for the refrigerator to get cold and this one has ice on the door and water which helped a lot because that's all we drink usually water . We had a great time in the condo has an amazing view, you will see several reviews on the tidewater talking about how crappy the elevator services we did not experience that a lot because we did not like to go out and eat supper we like to go eat lunch and then eat supper at the condo so the boy can swim and we can enjoy the pool and beach in the cool of the evening, there were times where we had to wait 5 mins or so but we know this at the time , there are busy times at condo, supper time and chen in and check out time , you just learned to jump on and ride it even if it's the wrong way lol, most everyone has the same problem so everybody just packs in that elevator like a can of sardines. But the unit has everything you could ever need and when I say it was clean it was immaculate. Everything was fantastic. We booked through VRBO and managing company was vacassa, we received an email the day before with the code to get in and all the property details, they called us about 2 hours before checking I told them we were going to be there about 6:30 they said no problem we check in with security &they had our packet ready

Great condo. It had everything we could need. Bed was much better than expected. Saw previous reviews complaining of the bed but it felt wonderful to me and my husband. We have stayed at this resort multiple times but the layout of this condo is my favorite!
