Picture Perfect Condo with Pool View!

We love Bonita Village! This condo was perfect for what we needed.

On the first day of using the pool, placed our towels out on the chairs, return to our room for a quick breakfast, and then head back down to the pool. We had read all the rules in the books that were provided and on the pool deck itself nothing said anything about not being able to save your seats with your towels. We get up to our room and we’re sitting on the balcony eating our breakfast some one is taking our towels. apparently the office lady’s came and took the towels . We went down to the office and we’re told There are signs everywhere that tell you you cannot leave towels, unattended at the pool. There were no signs that we could see on our way to the pool and nothing in the book of rules we we’re humiliated.more by them saying that there’s signs everywhere and there are no signs. Later, we found three sides, one coming out of the office door into the pool, which we would never use one going into our garage of our unit which we did not use and the other which was on the pool deck was in the bar that didn’t open till noon and once they open the doors to the bar, you could see that sign. The whole situation was handled very immaturely, and we will never stay there again

We had a phenomenal experience at this location. The condo is in great condition and was perfect for our family vacation with our small children. Everyone at the condo complex was friendly and welcoming. Check in and out was seamless.

Great place, and Alyssa and Matthew were so wonderful to work with. My only suggestion to the owners of this property is to update some stuff. Mattresses and bedding were very old and way past their life span. The lighting in the entire place needed some work. Bathroom was dark and so was second bedroom. Towels were also very cheap. Still a great place though! Grounds were really nice and clean, pools were great.

The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a family of four. I will definitely return here again.

While the layout of the unit is appealing, and all of the basics are in place, the bedding, towels, and carpet are worn. The main Bonita Village pool and fitness center are nice, and the location provides easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
