If you are older and/or have trouble getting in and out of a high sided tub, be sure to ask if your choice of room is a walk in shower or a tub. The entire complex was cleaner than years past and new management has made a difference! Great choice for a peaceful stay!

The location was excellent - a view right down Lake Charlevoix. The beach was wonderful - warm and shallow. The king size bed was very comfortable. A larger two burner stove would have been helpful.

The weather was in the 90’s (too hot) but the gorgeous views of the clean lake & sandy beach made up for it.

Excellent location for downtown and the mushroom festival we visited for a couple days. Our condo needed updating, many other condo's in same complex with a modern footprint. Easy walk to anywhere in Boyne City Main Street, access to restaurants and waterfront. We actually extended our stay one extra day because it was the best of time.
