Newly remodeled condo one bathroom. Can also add additional bedroom and up to four persons with addtional fee. Hot tub, pool and social fire pit area in a relaxing tropical vibe. Walk to beach is less than two minutes. Ocean views from front and back of property. Gorgeous Sunsets and pristine beach!



This is a full apartment/condo with everything you need to make this your home away from home. We use the same bed linens that the Ritz Carlton used and they are amazing!! Rates listed are for a 1 bedroom and max of 2 persons only.

An additional bedroom is available with a king bed that will allow you to sleep 4 people comfortably, additional fee applies of 85.00 per person per night for the additional two persons.

Guest will be given the parking instructions, assigned parking space and entry code the day of arrival.

I am always available on my cell and am at the property the majority of the time.

Residential community walk to beach!

1 assigned parking space onsite. Trolly and tram runs the island daily to get you where you need to go. I think these services stop around 6-7pm, it changes based on season. Uber or taxi is available.

All pets must have prior approval and pet fee is based on breed and weight. Max limit is 2 pets.
Smoking in unit will be charged a 399.00 damage fee.
Unregistered pets are charged 350.00 charge per pet. Unapproved breeds will be asked to remove within 2 hours.
No unregistered guest are allowed to stay overnight or the use of the amenities.
No parties, loud music or disruptive behavior allowed.
No guest under 25 years old are allowed to reserve without prior approval.

Pets - most pets are allowed but guests must get pre approval for breed and weight and pay the appropriate pet fee. Some breeds are restricted by insurance and would not be allowed.
