Phoenix X 713 Your Orange Beach Retreat! Gulf Front next to the Flora Bama by Prickett Properties

Unit needed some updates. Scratched furniture, countertops, bathroom. Smaller deck than pictured. Was not what we expected for a Phoenix resort. People were very nice! We liked the location and rest of facilities.

We had a lovely time vacationing in this home. This is our second time staying in this property. The amenities were excellent. The only downside of this vacation was construction being done in the unit next door. We were not made aware and the constant noise throughout the day was at times unbearable. I still highly recommend this unit and this property and will be booking again in the future.

The host was very responsive and the condo was absolutely awesome! There was construction next door, but they only worked for a few hours per day during the day, so it had no effect on our stay.

Our condo was old and needed updating. Things were very worn and used. The environment was loud and noisy, and a lot of partying going on, the constant smell of marijuana was annoying. The fire alarms went off in our condo due to running down, They were very old and from the early 2000s which I believe is pretty dangerous. It was nice to be on the water but all in all we probably will not stay at this property again.

We had great communication from host/ owner however the room was not the best. Very cheap looking with a lot of items since so many things were broken or not working properly when we got there. They did place a work order and came and fixed what they could for us as soon as the work order was placed. Was not very clean so this upset me. The bathroom in master had hair all over baseboards, the floors and the bathtub. The rug in living room was sandy. Did not seem to clean very well before we got there. The beach view was beautiful and the pool was clean.

Great location, good view. We had a few problems, called maintenance, they came for repairs quickly. Beds in 2nd bedroom listed as queen, not! They are fulls. We made due, there was 8 of us there, this condo is equipped for handicapped all but going out on balcony. We did enjoy our visit.

My husband is in a wheelchair so we need special accommodations. The roll-in-shower has a bit of a bump up but still very manageable with a rolling shower chair. We staye

This condo was nasty, old, not stocked with enough towlels/washcloths, and very run down. My expectation for a Phoenix condo was high since I've had great experiences at other condos in the past. This condo was setup for handicap people and hindered my experience due to the shower leaking water out everywhere due to the handicap entrance. The other bathroom had mold on the shower liner and dirt on the bathtub wall- clearly not cleaned before we arrived. The cups in the cabinets were dirty and one cup had a literal dirt in it. The balcony furniture lacked enough seating and only had 3 chairs that sat low. Overall I will not be coming back.

Everything was great! Especially the handicap amenities. My only request would have been cushions for the cast iron patio furniture. They were extremely uncomfortable.

The location was great, condo was finished with all essentials. Lots of restaurants in the area.

This is an excellent condo!! The facilities are kept up great and the staff is very friendly. The condo is wonderful. The handicap accessible features were a plus. The shower was difficult for a wheelchair to maneuver and the toilet seat handles were not very sturdy. Other than that, the features were good. They even had a ramp going out to the balcony and lower counter tops. Beds were comfy. There were excellent choices for utensils and kitchen appliances. Highly recommend and we will be back!!

Main bedroom and shared spaces were roomy and all beds were nice. Elevator down to pools and walk out to the beach! Amazing balcony view! Moonlit nights were awesome. Dryer took forever and dishwasher never worked. It was set to be replaced. It happens. The condo fit our needs and we had a great week overall!
