Phoenix X 217 3 Bedroom Orange Beach Getaway Gulf Front by Prickett Properties

Host was great, location was 10 out of 10, amenities were great, and if you plan to spend any time at Flora Bama it is the best location for a condo stay in Orange Beach.

The main room bathroom shower fixtures leaked. Just need to replace.

Beach view was beautiful! The condo was clean and spacious.

Great property and an end unit which has a larger balcony and the closest possible proximity to the parking garage making it easy to load and unload. Would stay again.

We loved the property. The condo had everything we needed and was a great location. Wondered views with quick access to the beach and the host was extremely responsive! We will be back.

The location was the best we have had at the Phoenix X. I was excited that we got one on the 2nd floor. Then when we got there, it was the first unit next to the parking garage. Nice! The floors were not clean when we got there. You can tell not much has been updated in a long time & any repairs made are sloppy workmanship. Everything worked though, so we were good. Bathrooms were small. It was great that all 3 bedrooms had a king bed, but one room really wasn’t big enough for a king.

First of all, I rarely if ever post anything about a stay, I don't believe a lot of what is written. With that said everything about our stay was great, the place, location, amenities and more. Now to the not so good, the floors were really dirty (turned my granddaughters' feet black) and the ice maker didn't work. Day one (Saturday) we let the property management group know and they quickly responded they would have someone over. No one had been there by Tuesday, so we reached out again, they did finally come fix the ice maker on Friday, but no one ever came to clean the floors. The last night we spilled some water, wiped it up and the napkin was black. There were other minor things that need updated like the dryer door having a piece of metal sticking out (inside), dishwasher door creaking when you open, etc. With all that said we would definitely stay here again, we would just bring our own floor cleaner.

This place was the perfect spot for 6 people. Literally right next door to Flora Bama where we spent our late nights. Great beach spot. Rooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen fully stocked. No complaints with the bathrooms. Awesome balcony! Would definitely book again

Our Family had a great vacation stay. Would love for housekeeping to clean floors better. We could not walk across the floors without our feet getting black.

The property is well kept and beautiful! Great location to walk to restaurants. Front desk is available 24/7 for help or area suggestions. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
