Phoenix X 1414 Your Orange Beach 3 bedroom Gulf Front Condo By Prickett Properties

Prime location! Loved having flora-bama next door. We would go listen to the bands every afternoon. Condo could use some upgrades. Kitchen table is peeling apart. Light never worked in guest bedroom. We ran out of hot water every afternoon. Overall the location out-weighed the small upgrades that are needed. We will be back!

Had a great time. Would stay again but it would be nice for the dining table to be replaced. It isn’t in the best shape.

Communication was great, amazing view of the beach, room was great, check in was easy and instructions were sent ahead of time. Definitely will rebook in the future.

The view was spectacular, home was clean, and parking was simple during our stay the 2nd week of March! My only negative (which is not on this unit at all!) is that while this unit is non smoking, the building is not and some patio neighbors may be smoking.

Property as described. Great price, never really stayed at Phoenix properties because of the size, but this one is just right. Parking is super convenient. Plus the major factor is sitting right next door. Flora-Bama!

Unit was in need of repairs. Tub broken and moldy, shower broken, lots of little things broken like light switch covers, toe kicks in kitchen just overall unit needs some attention. Maintenance did come and try to fix the tub but was unsuccessful as apparently owner hadn’t approved replacement/repairs or something.

For the price and location a great deal for our family. It is a dated building but common areas kept very clean by staff. The units have aged appliances and moderate wear to the furniture and rugs etc. I would recommend and I will likely be back. These items if all 5/5 would mean a higher weekly rate and for me this was good balance. You are directly aside the Florabama that had several live music acts outside on the beach and in the club at all times of the day and night.

Great view of the Gulf. Love the Phoenix X in general. This unit was in need of a little TLC, and new mattresses.

Clean, bright, and peaceful. Great view. Easy access to the beach and restaurants.

We loved the condo. Comfortable beds, great outdoor furniture, everything we needed as far as utensils and kitchenware. The jetted tub didn't work well so littles were disappointed, and the ice machine didn't work, but neither of those would stop us from coming again. Great location to flora-bama and we walked to the dolphin cruise. Only suggestion maybe some kind of towel rack on balcony or even in shower. 10 beach towels everyday to dry and sometimes use several times a day would have been to to have a rack to dry on a little instead of constant dryer time.

Loved the location. Close to restaurants and beach Lovely view. Bathtub in master broken and a bit of mold. Balcony had mold as well. Kitchen was tidy.

Attractive unit with nice seating in the main area. We enjoyed our time there. Wished we didn’t have to wear the wristband, but we got used to it.

Stay at the Phoenix X every time we go to orange beach. Condo was not the one from pictures online but most are the same layout with just some more up to date than others.

We had a great time. But don’t go barefooted in the condo because I don’t think the floors have been mopped in a very long time.

Property was great. Views were awesome and amenities were great. A new kid spashpad hadn't open yet, but looked nice. We would stay here again
