Phoenix X 1414 Your Orange Beach 3 bedroom Gulf Front Condo By Prickett Properties

Unit was in need of repairs. Tub broken and moldy, shower broken, lots of little things broken like light switch covers, toe kicks in kitchen just overall unit needs some attention. Maintenance did come and try to fix the tub but was unsuccessful as apparently owner hadn’t approved replacement/repairs or something.

For the price and location a great deal for our family. It is a dated building but common areas kept very clean by staff. The units have aged appliances and moderate wear to the furniture and rugs etc. I would recommend and I will likely be back. These items if all 5/5 would mean a higher weekly rate and for me this was good balance. You are directly aside the Florabama that had several live music acts outside on the beach and in the club at all times of the day and night.

Great view of the Gulf. Love the Phoenix X in general. This unit was in need of a little TLC, and new mattresses.

Clean, bright, and peaceful. Great view. Easy access to the beach and restaurants.

We loved the condo. Comfortable beds, great outdoor furniture, everything we needed as far as utensils and kitchenware. The jetted tub didn't work well so littles were disappointed, and the ice machine didn't work, but neither of those would stop us from coming again. Great location to flora-bama and we walked to the dolphin cruise. Only suggestion maybe some kind of towel rack on balcony or even in shower. 10 beach towels everyday to dry and sometimes use several times a day would have been to to have a rack to dry on a little instead of constant dryer time.

Loved the location. Close to restaurants and beach Lovely view. Bathtub in master broken and a bit of mold. Balcony had mold as well. Kitchen was tidy.

Attractive unit with nice seating in the main area. We enjoyed our time there. Wished we didn’t have to wear the wristband, but we got used to it.

Stay at the Phoenix X every time we go to orange beach. Condo was not the one from pictures online but most are the same layout with just some more up to date than others.

We had a great time. But don’t go barefooted in the condo because I don’t think the floors have been mopped in a very long time.

Property was great. Views were awesome and amenities were great. A new kid spashpad hadn't open yet, but looked nice. We would stay here again

What we were looking for, everything worked as expected. A lamp was damaged when we got there, but unless we get blamed, no biggie. Great view, attentive security and facility employees

The property was as described, however, we had several other friends staying at neighboring units and this unit was very outdated compared to the others that were also the same price. The unit accommodated our group just fine, but the cleanliness upon arrival was sub par at best. Dirty countertops, dirty tile floors, dirty bedroom floors, etc. I would suggest looking for another unit at Phoenix 10 before settling on this one.
