We had some minor housekeeping issues on check in, and living area furniture could use an upgrade, other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this ubit again. We go to Orange Beach every summer nad have been for the past 12 yrs with the majority of our stays at the Phoenix X. We love being able to walk to the Flora Bama for Church service on Sunday.
