Great place to stay

Beach and pool were nearby and wonderful. Room was large and cozy with anything we could desire. Added bonus was an ice machine. Beds were comfy. Huge deck with great view of beach.

Check in went smooth, I recommend pre purchasing the parking pass for convenience.The condo itself is magnificent, plenty of space and fabulous views. Comfortable beds / furniture. Pool and lazy river were very enjoyable featuring easy beach access. We loved our stay!

Overall the stay was very good. The staff at the Phoenix West as well as at Prickett Properties were very professional and polite. The grounds were well kept and maintained and security was always visible. The only problem we encountered was the cleanliness of the condo when we first moved in. Dirty towels were left on the floor, countertops sticky and some sheets needed to be rewashed. We reported the dirty towels immediately but they were not removed until Tuesday. I realize that turnover is fast but it is important to know that your home away from home is clean. The actual condo was perfect for our large family and we will definitely return and recommend to others.

The property was really nice, as advertised. Beautiful beach view. The only thing but not major: Update little accessories...(bathroom toilet tissue holders and clean in between the sofa pillows). Will definitely stay at the property again.

Couldn’t believe how beautiful the views were from every room! Condo itself was better than pictures, so much space and very nice and clean. Location was perfect, on the beach, close to restaurants and attractions. Outlet mall not too far away. Pay attention to parking - only 3 permits for a condo this size. We ran in to trouble with that because my in-laws came in separate cars. Also - the pool gets shut down quite often (for kids rough housing and/or weather) and the indoor pool shuts down anytime outdoor one does… pretty easy to move to beach, but kids were annoyed.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Will come back again.

Great property and location

Great place to stay. Will definitely go back! The only thing I would like different is that the outdoor pool would be heated.

More than enough space. Very nice complex and plenty of parking. Beautiful Condo. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was a great location, good amenities in the building, close to great spots around the area and everyone we met there was extremely friendly. The unit was pretty much as described and/or pictured except they had changed the living room furniture out. We actually liked the newer furniture that they had instead of what was pictured so we found that to be a plus. There were a few small things that we discussed with the property managers about but it wasn’t anything to cause problems for our stay. We would stay here again.

Unit was great! Plenty of room for our family getaway. Could use more blankets and towels. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location in Orange Beach area. Not to close to main area where Shrimp Festival was taking place. Great restaurants not too busy if you eat early. Kids loved the lazy river and pools.

The property management group was easy to work with and had all the information to me ahead of time. The condo needs some love and attention. It is not decorated well. It feels very much like a cheap hotel inside. There is a strong musty odor to the entire condo. All of the toilet seats wiggled or were broken in some way. There are little to no towel racks compared to 11 people staying in the condo. The leather furniture is in dire need of a professional cleaning. The kitchen is sparsely supplied. The butcher block knives were literally fully apart. The view is amazing. The condo building was well decorated and the staff were friendly. I would recommend the property management and the condo association but not this particular condo. We have stayed in other Phoenix locations and all of them have been wonderful. This condo just felt like an unloved.
