Beautiful corner unit with great views.

We loved this place, large and spacious and the amenities were great. Great views. The back two rooms need new mattresses, they were both uncomfortable and there wasn't a single knife in the kitchen that was sharp, we had to buy one to use. Other than that, our trip was perfect. Will be back!

Overall we were very please. A couple minor things to be aware of. Ice maker in fridge didnt work but there was a working ice maker in at the bar. Several outlets didnt work or were connected to light switches that were awkward. Floors were dirty. But overall we were happy and plan to return next year.

Our week was wonderful and the condo was beautiful. We definitely would like to stay in this one again. Everything was clean and the air conditioning was cold just like we like it. We loved the large living room, balcony and the incredible views. Excellent place!

Condo was perfect! Very spacious! Clean! Great location! Lots of amenities: indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, lazy river, on the beach. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Great experience!

We had a great time on our vacation at Phoenix West. The condo was clean and very nice. Check in and out was very easy. We will be back!

All was good with property except the ice maker did not work. Called maintenance about a few things responded well except for fixing ice maker

THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL, ENOUGH ROOM FOR 14 PEOPLE LOCATED RIGHT ON BEACH. WE ALL LOVED OUR STAY.

This is the second time we are renting the same unit. The property is very convenient. The property management and maintenance folks were very responsive, even during Christmas.

Overall a wonderful condo on a beautiful beach. A few issues we did have. Once checked in we found several lights with burnt out bulbs. A exhaust fan in the master bathroom that was unbelievably loud and needed to be replaced. Then on Thanksgiving Day the oven stopped working. The property management company was very responsive. They were quick to address each issue. But….. in my mind these problems should have been identified and resolved before we checked in. The condo itself needs repainting. Especially in the entrance and hallway. Way too much wear and tear showing for this high end property. The unit was very nice and in a fantastic location. We enjoyed our stay and would consider this building/unit in the future.

All rooms were clean. Living and kitchen area were clean also. Great view from balcony. Very roomy condo.

We went as a group of 12 for our yearly family vacation. The property is absolutely beautiful. The pool and lazy river were amazing. Easy to check in. Only downfall I would say is there wasn’t even salt and pepper in the room. Which I think should be there. It could have been a little more clean when we initially arrived. And we did find some mold on the ice machine in the bar area. Aside from that, I would absolutely stay here again!

Having 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths made it super easy for the family. We were able to give kids their space and the adults were able to have their own. The balcony was spacious with a very nice breeze in the early morning and evenings. We all enjoyed the lazy river and the beach. The slide was under maintenance so we didnt get to experience the slide. We would definitely vacation here again.

This was a great facility, the staff was great and very reactive. The amenities were great for the kids and very safe.

The property size was adequate for our family. One room was supposed to have two queens, but they looked more like doubles. There were supposed to be two fold out couches - there was only one. The overall appearance of the unit was okay - it was well-worn and decor looked haphazard. The kitchen was well-supplied, but there was not an abundance of items. The pillows were very comfortable and water pressure was great! The elevators were so slow at times and we often had to wait. Four elevators for such a large building doesn’t seem enough, especially since we heard one elevator was not always functioning. The outdoor area was good, but at times we had difficulty finding chairs by the pool.

Great property. Had a problem with washing machine at beginning but thanks to Chuck in maintenance for his quick attention in getting parts ordered and sending Dalton, the appliance repairman, to the rescue. He was able to get it working. Nice young men on staff. We had a great time the whole week. We had family and friends together from Arkansas, Pennyslvania, and Montana for our annual trip.

This condo was great! Clean, well kept. Comfortable. Beautiful view of the gulf. Location was fine. Property manager was very responsive when we needed it. Facility was nice. I would definitely stay there again.
