Stayed Jul 15, 2024Loved the location , size and convenience of the place! The staff was very helpful and it was a breeze of a process ! I would say the bathrooms could’ve been more updated and cleaner and balcony furniture could use an update . However , I would definitely stay here again !

Stayed Oct 6, 2021This was the most disappointing Phoenix I have ever rented. It is in need of a thorough cleaning. There is dirt in the corners of the bathrooms. The molding under the kitchen cabinet is torn away from the wall and sticks out past the cabinets. These are just two examples. It it time to do a bit of maintenance. Having said that, the location is ideal.

Stayed Jun 23, 2020We had an amazing time. The unit was clean and had all the space our family of 9 needed. The Phoenix 7 is very nice. The pools were great, employees were helpful and the beach was the beach in all its fabulousness. We really enjoyed ourselves. The old board games in the unit were lagniappe, our kids loved them.

Stayed May 15, 2019Very easy and convenient to access... Would recommend a door for the bathroom vanity area. No privacy except in commode area... Loved the property & the blue matting to the beach!
