We had an amazing trip! The condo was wonderful. It was so clean and spacious and in an excellent location with a spectacular view. We can’t wait return to Orange Beach!

We had the best time! We are completely in love with Orange Beach. This condo offered us exactly what we were looking for. We spent Sat-Thurs here with our 3 teenagers. We wanted enough space for all of us so we weren’t suffocating each other. We wanted direct, easy access to the beach so we could go back and forth at will. And, we really just wanted to spend our week enjoying the water and sand (no touristy stuff needed) and not be overwhelmed with “business”. This location and condo delivered above our expectations. Yet, we still had very easy access to groceries, stores, and restaurants (and we did do a dolphin cruise). Our only hiccup was that we arrived a little later than planned (about 9pm). So, we had to check in over at Phoenix VII and they didn’t have the parking pass. Security and the people at the desk there were very accommodating though and got us taken care of pretty quickly. We are already planning to try to make this an annual trip. It was exactly what our family needed after a tough year and a half. Thank you for maintaining a great condo for a family like us!

We had a great stay. The unit had everything we needed and the location was great. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels (we have gone to other places with linen service and they are very stingy with the towels, but not this place, which was SO nice). Family loved the indoor, heated pool for the few chilly days we had. That’s why I picked this place over others in the area for the time of year. Worked out perfectly.

We had a great time, and enjoyed the stay. The good: Beautiful views. Great beach access. The pools and hot tubs. The room was relatively nice but nothing to write home about. The owner was easily accessible by phone. The free parking. The not so good: The unit definitely needs some upgrades. The couch and chairs are old and quite used. The furniture in the rooms was missing some handles. The appliances are also in need of updating. The living room rug was faded and worn. The blinds in one of the rooms did not shut properly. The online listing had a couple of things wrong. For one, it said there were 2 hide-abed couches, but there was only one. That being said, the pictures were accurate. We just assumed the notes were correct when booking. A little disappointing. Also, there was one note that said extra parking was 55, one that said it was 60, and one that said it was 35. These were in different pieces of communication that was sent out. The actual price for extra parking was 55. Overall, it was good. Just needs some upgrades.

The unit had an excellent view of the ocean and was clean. Some updates were needed ie., towels, bedding, pillows & entry way rug. Overall, we had a great week of vacation.

Good location, clean facility and great view.

The condo was great with an excellent view of the ocean. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for my whole family. Could have used a few more towels! There was both a Keurig and regular coffee pot which was great for both generations. All the things to cook meals for my big family. There is all the stores close by for convenience. I would stop at the store before you get there because there is quite the crowd at Walmart and Publix. Had a great week on the beach.

We loved staying here! We were close to everything! The pool was nice! All the amenities were nice! Had a good view from the balcony! I stayed out there where I wasn’t on the beach!

Clean, and well supplied. We liked it. Pool, on beach. Family was happy.

Besides delayed traffic both ways it was wonderful! Great view. Very clean, nice kitchen, good restaurants. Chartered a fishing boat on Friday and caught alot of snapper and trigger fish. Grilled some Friday night. Delicious! We took hwr 2 kids and partners and 6yo grandson. Thinking of taking my kids and grandkids next year. I will recommend you to others. Thanks again.

The condo was better than expected. The living room felt much larger than the pictures. Kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view! We love the layout of the condo. All of the amenities were there to get you started. Plenty of kitchen things. Beds were comfortable plenty of water, pressure and hot water. The tile floors were easy to clean. We loved it and would stay again.

The property was as listed and was clean with great location. The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was spacious with adequate seating. We had one minor issue and the owners were quick to resolve it. The pools were very nice with quick and easy access to the beach. We hope to be back soon!

This condo at Phoenix was wonderful! The location is fabulous and has beautiful views. The condo was large, clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we could possibly need! The owners were also very friendly and answered all of quickly. I definitely recommend them!

There's was lots of room for the whole family, both to hang out and for quiet time. A very nice, easy walk to a great beach. Close to good places to eat and local grocery store and an easy drive to our cheer competition location at The Warf.

The unit was real nice. The beds were too hard though. The property itself was very nice but there were only 2 of the 4 elevators working and waiting for an elevator was a nightmare!!! Waiting 20 mins to get off the 12th floor was unacceptable!! I will do more research before booking this property again!!

This condo was exactly what was described and pictured. It was spacious and allowed us to spread out and rest. The porch was amazing and offered us an additional place to eat lookin over the gulf. The condo was clean and central to all we needed. We would certainly go back to stay again.

We had a great stay here. The place was very clean, well stocked, everything worked, and the beds were comfortable. It was every bit as nice as the pictures, if not nicer. Also, there was very easy access from the undercover parking space to the elevator, and to the door of condo. We would definitely recommend this place.

Great place, location and amazing views!!!

The three bedrooms were perfect for my family. Incredible views of the Gulf, fun pools/hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts! Enough variety and fun for everyone.

We stayed at this property last year during the State Cup soccer tournament in Foley and it was just as great this year. Beautiful property and view - made for a relaxing break from the tournament and well worth the drive

Such a beautiful place pictures do not do it enough justice of how big the condo actually is. The balcony was awesome as well as we had a couple meals out there with the big dining room table like. The building is perfect 3 hot tubs an indoor and outdoor pool very safe to with having to check in with the front. Place is perfect for any family little kids or big kids.this condo is really close to great food places like The Gulf and Takcy Jacks. We loved it and hope we can come stay again!!
