Phoenix VI 405 | Orange Beach, AL

The king bed wasn’t comfortable - the couch was very uncomfortable- limited kitchen items, needs a new stove and the washer and dryer are both very loud!

The condo was perfect for our sibling trip! We had everything we needed with in the condo as well. ( maybe a couple more spatulas would be helpful)Alabama Get Away was amazing with communication and ensuring everything was going well for us. The on site staff was very helpful and courteous. The condo was just as expected per the photos and listing information, but the ocean view was even better! Our group of 6 (adults & teens) had plenty of space. The location was close to anything we needed.

Very happy with whole start

Spacious and clean! We enjoyed our stay, the balcony furniture was great!

Great ocean view, comfortable beds, and large enough for a family. We had a really wonderful time. I do think some of the living room furniture is aging and less comfortable, however, the space felt very clean and livable. The beach was lovely on this part of the Gulf as well. We went at the end of the summer season, so there was still some rambunctious neighbors but the condo staff seemed to nip this!

Excellent 4th floor condo. Great location. Condo was clean and well suited for our family. The Phoenix had a family friendly atmosphere. No issues with slow elevators. Plenty of luggage and grocery carts. This was one of our favorite experiences.

Great spot on the beach. Easily accessible. Plenty of room. Double couch was a twin couch pullout. One bed in double bed room sank in middle- needs replacing. Shower head in one bathroom leaking.Great roomy pool. After paying so much per night, should not have to pay for parking (55/ car), then 125/week for 3rd car off site.The dryer buzzer is very loud & annoying x 2 buzzes.

We always love our stays in orange beach, but this trip was nothing short of magic! Thank you for such a lovely place to stay and create memories together!!

The condo was perfect. Everything was as presented. We did have an issue with frig not cooling properly. Management company promptly sent someone to check out. We were told all was fine, but frig never really cooled down.

Very prompt with problem to solve.

Very nice, clean condo right on the ocean! This unit was updated and spacious. It including beach toys, floats, booth boards, chairs, etc in a closet off balcony. The few negatives were that the back bedroom window didn’t lock (right off walkway) and maintenance said they’d fix it after our stay… and the main bedroom toilet ran constantly, but still worked. The furniture in main area was mediocre.. Again, overall very nice unit in Wonderful location, just a few little flaws that caused the 4 star rating.

Couldn’t ask for more from a quick Easter Vacation with grown kids. Great location, very clean, updated amenities and extras. Beach access was perfect and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Our family had an amazing time and will be returning soon!!!

The condo was amazing clean, spacious, and plenty of room to sit together for some family time at nights.

The stay was very good overall. There are only a handful of issues we had. 1. We were very clear on having 10 people staying in the condo, yet there were only 8 bath towels. That was a problem for sure.2. The front door sweep was not on the door, so the wind was creating a very load howling while we were trying to sleep.3. The guest bedroom and hall bathroom doors were not latching properly which made it challenging to shut them and lock them.We very much appreciated the crock pot and the closet with sand toys. We replaced the sand shovel as our kids broke yours.Overall very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We would love to book this condo again. Perfect location and easy beach access.

Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work and toilet was in need of repair. Elevators were not all working and led to long wait times.

Condo was as described on VBRO. It was cleaned nice furniture and great view of the beach.

The Amenities we’re very good and service and communication was on point. Thank you for everything. I would like to ask that a copy of my receipt be emailed to me. Thank you and I look forward to my next stay with Phoenix.

Overall the condo was as advertised. Premises were very clean and well kept. For the 4th Floor some pool gatherings could get loud with their music. Well pleased with the condo except it sounded as someone above us was moving furniture late in the evenings and first thing in the mornings.

Very nice place to stay. Family oriented, clean and easy access to and from beach. Near good eating places as well.

We had a great family vacation staying in this condo! The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the property manners managers were great! Would definitely stay here again!
