Phoenix V 1513 by Liquid Life

The Condo was nice and clean. The only bad thing was the splash pad and outdoor pool were closed our entire stay which was very disappointing and there wasn’t anything on the listing about it being closed when booking.

The room was very redone, and really, really clean. They wash all your bedding so you get a peace of mind. Our only problem was all 3 - TVs wouldn’t work. We called at 5:44 pm 4/20/26 first day of checking in. The lady said she would put the work order in, itand put it in as urgent, she said it may take a little while. When We checked out we never seen any maintenance repair man. We called a repair man ourselves. The dish remotes were the problem and some new batteries.

Everything was as described execpt after booking I received an email saying the pool is closed. Liquid Life did give me a partial refund. Would use them again. Super smooth check-in.

Great views of ocean and near to lots of restaurants.

Beautiful condo, very clean. We loved being right on the beach. We cooked a lot and were pleasantly surprised with how well-stocked the kitchen was.

Before arriving to the property, I got a called from the rental manager, stating there was a leak in one of the bathroom “didn’t know which one” . I was told I couldn’t use the bathroom due to the leak. When I arrived to the condo there no leak in the bathroom, that they thought it was from the bathroom, but it was actually from the washer “ hot water only”. I was told no to use the washer or bathroom because they didn’t know where the leak was coming from. We stayed in the condo for 4 days and I couldn’t use the bathroom or the washer . Also, I seen a few roaches and the condo was not so clean. And to top it off , WE WERE STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR for about an hour, mind you it was hot, we were sweating! The pool was NASTY full of hair and the water was very cloudy. I very disappointed !!’ NEVER AGAIN, im staying on this property.

Listing is very accurate. Looks just like the pictures. Great listing to stay at.. Looking forward to staying again in the future

Had a great time The property is well maintained and beautiful. The 55 parking fee caught me off guard but other than that all was wonderful

The 15th floor condo itself was fine, but 2 out of 4 elevators were not working which made for some long elevator wait times, especially in a building the size of Phoenix V. The most disappointing was that the outdoor pool was closed. It was our understanding that both the elevator and pool closures were due to scheduled maintenance, and not emergency situations. Who does that during spring break months?! Since we only made this reservation 2 months ago, I feel like we should have been informed of these closures. As it was, we were informed only 2-3 days before our arrival; too late to cancel and book elsewhere. With 2 children, the pool was a big part of our planned vacation. Sadly, all we got was a “sorry for the inconvenience.”
