Phoenix Orange Beach II 1404 by Liquid Life

Very spacious was perfect for our family. But for the price we paid I feel they could put nicer mattresses and pillows wasn’t to comfortable.

I could move in permanently and not change a thing!! It’s beautiful, spacious, clean & had everything we could possibly need.

Very roomy, and everyone had plenty of space. We loved that it was updated and the large balcony. It was nice having bathtubs for the children. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. The elevators were super fast and loved the covered parking! It’s a special place!

Nice place good beach.

Loved the condo. Only negatives are the ice maker was broken during our stay, so we bought a bag of ice. Otherwise, everything functioned well and the place was great for our family of eight! Would definitely return. The bed situation was awesome for us!

Everything about this stay was amazing! It was so clean, location was perfect! My kids ages 2,6 and 8 had a blast! We had plenty of room! The communication was top notch!

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the great quality pans and skillets. The sheets were also a great quality. The mattresses were a little on the hard side, if you prefer that. The kids enjoyed the indoor heated pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Was an amazing stay

From check in to check out our stay was wonderful! The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, parking was easy, no lines for elevators, and location was amazing!

Location was wonderful. Condo pics as described. Check in easy. Very dirty. Kitchen water would not turn off, coffee maker did not work. Bed bugs found in all the bedrooms and Liquid life almost fid not make it right. Wont book with them again

It was excellent for multiple families.

We found the room to be clean and up to date. Comfortable furnishings and great location. We REALLY enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! There should be MORE towels supplied!! I think you should have 2 towels per guest, minimum. Also, one roll of extra toilet paper per bathroom would be nice. I would like to add that the ice maker kept tripping a breaker during our stay. extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

Great condo on the beach.

Loved everything about the condo. Could do a little better on vacuuming under furniture, but overall very clean. Mattresses weren’t uncomfortable, but could use pillow top pads. Neither of these things would prevent me from renting again. Overall we were very pleased.

We always enjoy Phoenix orange beach II. This particular condo (1404) left a bit to be desired as far as beds, bedding were concerned. The beds were not comfortable and, added to that, the sheets were VERY thin and uncomfortable. I feel that for the price you pay to stay, the beds and bedding should be much nicer than that. Otherwise, the condo is nice. Kitchen had what we needed. Very roomy and the kiddos love the amenities. We will most likely return but not to this particular condo. Thanks!

We had an amazing time! My kids loved the pool area. The condo was beautiful, had plenty of room for everyone and an amazing view. Definitely will be returning!

Stayed for 5 days with my adult children and grandkids. Grandkids had the best time on the waterslide and lazy river as well as the adults. Wonderful family vacay. Would stay here again!
