Stayed Mar 10, 2025The experience was one that was memorable. We hadn't traveled with the grandparents in some time. We were able to get them out on the pickleball court and enjoy the lazy river. SO outside their comfort zone, but the accommodations made it easy.

Stayed Feb 2, 2025The location is great. Very convenient to many attractions and good restaurants. The overall complex is nice. The people we met that work at Phoenix on the Bay were very nice. Communication with the property manager was good. The unit we rented was ok, but nothing special and the pictures in the listing make it look much nicer than reality. The first day we kept finding small shards of glass in the main living area. Took us three days of mopping and vacuuming before we were convinced we had it all. We did mention this to the property manager and they offered to have someone come and clean it up but we felt we could deal with it. The rest of the condo was reasonably clean, but we kept finding little stuff that probably should have been cleaned before it was rented. Nothing terrible, just not what we are used to at other places. The closets and storage were the hardest thing to adapt to. The master closet was set up kind of odd and made hanging shirts and jackets a bit tough. Again, not a deal breaker, just odd. We might go back to Phoenix on the Bay, but would definitely not rent this unit again. Might just be us, but compared to all other places we have stayed this one (or this particular unit) just didn’t really align with our expectations. Nothing really awful but nothing really special either.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Overall it was an Amazing stay @ Phoenix on the Bay.... Place was extremely clean and very well furnished... Furniture was really comfortable couches beds etc... The view over looking the amazing pool area was very nice... Attendants were really nice... This is a great place, and I would recommend to this facility to everyone... The only issue we had was there was no Alexa in the unit to help with Wifi code and the refrigerator in the unit was getting cold... Things needed to stay in there for at least a full day to really get cold... Other than those 2 things, really one Alexa wasn't a big deal... It would most definitely get a 5 star rating from me and the family...
