Stayed Jul 21, 2021I’ve been going to Orange Beach for about 15 years. This place has not been well maintained. It felt like I was staying at a Holiday Inn. That would be fine if I was charged Holiday Inn prices. I was charged $800 per night though. I will be trying to find a place in Florida next year as this left a bad taste in my mouth. The living room ceiling was half painted and you could see black underneath it like it had a previous water leak. There is chunks of paint missing from the walls. Both balcony doors are impossible to open. The ceiling fans are so old I could barely change the settings on them. The WiFi was horrible ( not a big deal, but I had some work to do) Too many to list, this is just some of them. The cleaning fee is an absolute joke! On top of the $800 per night for an average room we had to pay another $280. When we walked in the place smelled horrible. We had to buy air freshener just to tolerate being inside. The showers and toilets had hair all over them when we arrived. The kitchen sink had a pile of sand in it. The floors were slimy and smelled. I feel robbed on the cleaning fee! Overall I am extremely disappointed in Phoenix (Brett-Robinson) and I won’t be staying with them anymore. Lesson learned.

Stayed Mar 26, 2021The beds were really stiff and caused our backs to hurt. The pull out couch was horrible! Description should say it only sleeps 6. With 2 Queens, and 1 King Bed, not 8. Living room furniture has had a lot of use. The master bathroom toilet was very small and not comfortable to use. The shower head dripped everyday, all night long. The kitchen was not supplied very well. Pots and pans were warped and small selection. We had a terrible wind noise on our last night that was coming through the entry door, and all the bedrooms! Patio door in master bedroom was impossible to open and living room patio was also hard to maneuver. There was also no pool or beach toys(ex. floaties, boogie boards, sand toys) or chairs/umbrellas. Not to mention the extra fees!!! For What?? Have to supply your own toiletries, soaps, shampoos, paper. Also have to wash your own towels, no maid services.

Stayed Mar 16, 2021We had a manager call us a needed to come clean the couch we let them no problems when we were getting ready to check out I called the number no one answered at the desk so we went across the street to leave left our bags came back and we were locked out went next door ladies gave us a code to get our two duffle bags. And that was all good but I called the manager that called me several times and no one was gonna ask if we could leave our bags to go eat??!!!! No communication that was the only issue that and all hot tubs are closed no one said anything about that when renting in Florida hot tubs are open. But unit was beautiful
