Experience breathtaking views to the north & the south from 2 balconies of this 10th level condo. Features include spacious living room w/ seating for 6, dining table w/ seating for 6 plus 4 at the bar, WIFI, washer/ dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with new counter-tops and appliances. With a king in the master and queen beds in the second and third bedroom, this condo cansleep up to 8.

The Space:
This 10th floor, corner-unit offers 2 balconies. The beach-side balcony has seating for 5 and is accessed off the living area. This is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and the waves roll on the shore. The second balcony faces the north where you overlook the city of Orange Beach & the state park and is accessed off the master bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen has all of the pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. There is a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker in this condo. Each bedroom and the living area include a flat-screen TV. The unit also includes a washer, dryer, and WIFI.

Phoenix II is located directly on the beach in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. This complex has all of the amenities that you should expect with a first-class beachfront resort destination.     We had a great stay! The condo was clean on arrival and communication was great about arrival and checkout procedures. We were able to get in on time and enjoy the beach our first night. We did have trouble with the tvs in the bedrooms and reported to the phone number listed.
