Great views of the beautiful sugar sand beach. Enjoyed the pools and great location near restaurants and activities.

The property was clean and well maintained. The pool area was nice and kept in great condition. The condo was clean and everything worked as it should. I would have liked to have had more towels for the bathroom and kitchen available. The few that were there were very thin. By far the best part of the unit was the view. It was spectacular.

Enjoyed our stay on the beach! Our condo was very clean and in a convenient location. Checking in and out was a breeze. When you go in to get your parking pass don't forget your license plate number you'll need it. Only complaint we had the toilet is wobbly and should be fixed. Thanks for an enjoyable stay at the beach!

Pros: loved the location and amenities. It is right across from a Ruby slipper if you are looking for a good breakfast. There are many restaurants near by and close to fun arcades and putt putt places. The pool and kiddie splash pad were really nice and the beach was great. They just opened a coffee shop on the second floor, which was solid for someone that hates having to bring the coffee and filters etc for a short family trip. The check in and check out process was simple. And kitchen cooking supplies were stocked for everything that we needed.Con: the sofa bed… it is ok for a small child. Would not be good for teenagers or adults. It was very uncomfortable laying down with my 3 yr old daughter. The “head” of the bed is lower than the “foot” of the bed. So maybe sleeping upside down would be better. The head of the bed didn’t feel very stable. I also wish they had some plastic cups. Luckily we had brought cups for our daughter. But was worried about her knocking a glass many times.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. Great view from the tenth floor. Short walk to the beach. The condo had all the amenities. We’ll be back.

We enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. The condo was very nice! Please consider purchasing another sofa. Very uncomfortable. Ice Maker for the refrigerator would be nice. The view of the ocean was amazing! Wow! It was too cold for us to walk on the beach however it was so good to get away for a few days! There is HEALING! in God's Water! We plan to visit again!

We came down for a week to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. The condo was absolutely perfect. Very clean and well kept. The view from the balcony was perfect. We come to OBA yearly and this by far was the shortest walk from condo to beach. The huge TV on the living room was a bonus too. Would highly recommend this unit / building to anyone.

Over all location was great, beach was nice. Condo was nice. Could use King size pillows and upgrade on coffee maker.

Had a great weekend with my parents, we enjoy staying at the Phoenix I great fun, the condo was great with the perfect view, now i will only give 4 stars because the sofa bed was horrible we wanna sleep on it and you could feel the bed springs, the person had to sleep on the couch since it was impossible to sleep on the sofa bed, might wanna get new mattress for that.

The property at Phoenix 1 was clean and very family-oriented. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to rent each day, which was a plus. However, it would have been nicer if one set was automatically included, but the prices weren’t bad, so it was okay. The staff was very helpful. When my sister and her husband came to visit, they were allowed free visitor parking in addition to amenity wristbands, which was great! The views were beautiful and quite peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of places like Destin. Overall, we loved our time at this unit and will stay there again when we return to Orange Beach.
