The Space:

Welcome to yourbeachfront retreat. Phoenix I is an intentionally curated coastal space designed for slow mornings, barefoot afternoons, and effortless evenings by the water.



Located on the 4th floor, Phoenix I 1047 offers stunning, unobstructed views of the Gulf, where you can step onto your private balcony and take in the emerald water, spot dolphins passing by, and settle into the natural rhythm of the coast.

Inside, the condo blends comfort with a relaxed coastal aesthetic. The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, featuring balcony access, a flat-screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and additional seating perfect for gathering after a day on the beach.

The well-equipped kitchen features warm oak cabinetry, updated granite countertops, and everything needed for easy meals at home, including both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig Duo. The dining table comfortably seats four.

Throughout the space, you’ll find thoughtful touches that make your stay seamless from tile flooring in the main living areas to cozy carpeted bedrooms, USB charging outlets, WiFi, and a full-size washer and dryer inside the unit.

Just downstairs, the experience continues with direct beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis courts, and more—all just steps from your door.

To help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for all guests, Phoenix I requires wristbands to be worn while on property.

You’ll receive your wristbands upon arrival (either at check-in or from the front desk, depending on your reservation details).

A few helpful notes:

Wristbands should be worn at all times when using amenities (pool, beach access, common areas)

Each guest in your party will receive a wristband

Security may periodically check for wristbands throughout the property

This simple system helps ensure that all amenities are reserved for registered guests, keeping the experience relaxed, secure, and enjoyable for everyone.

Beach + Chair Setup

One of the most loved features of Phoenix I is its easy, direct beachfront access—just a short stroll down the boardwalk and your toes are in the sand.

While beach chairs and umbrellas are not included with the condo, they are conveniently available right on the beach through Ike’s Beach Service, our trusted on-site provider.

Visit the attendant to reserve your setup

Choose from daily or weekly rental options

If you prefer a more personalized setup, you’re always welcome to bring your own chairs and umbrellas as well.

This setup is standard across Phoenix properties and makes it easy to enjoy a stress-free, beautifully arranged beach day without having to plan ahead.



Parking Made Simple

To keep the property secure and organized for all guests, Phoenix I uses a HOA-managed parking system.

Here’s everything you need to know before arrival:

Each reservation is eligible for up to 2 parking passes for this 2-bedroom condo



Parking passes must be purchased and registered prior to or upon arrival

You may receive a link before your stay to register your vehicle in advance (recommended for a smooth arrival)

If not completed ahead of time, passes can be purchased at the front desk upon check-in



Trailers, boats, RVs, and oversized vehicles are not permitted on-site



You must purchase parking pass (up to 2) separate from rental upon arrival to the complex from the front desk. Price is currently $55 per reservation (price is set by HOA and subject to change).



NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. **THIS IS A NON-SMOKING COMPLEX including pool decks, balconies and other common areas**



AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

    Overall had an amazing stay, check in was a little challenging because of security not giving great instructions but other wise the unit was great the perfect size for our family of 5. The pool area was awesome our kids loved it. And it is convenient to all the shops and restaurants!
