Phoenix Gulf Shores, Beachfront 3br with Water slide!!

Great condo with lots of room for a family of 9. The outdoor pool with water slide was a little on the smaller side but was perfect for us.

Everything was great beautiful rooms and nice bathrooms. The condo had a great view of the ocean.

Loved the access to the beach. It was really helpful having the carts to bring items up to the room! Outdoor pool area was very nice. It was great to have the bonus closet. The host was responsive and easy to work with. The location was a little far from things but still walkable. Some feedback- the kitchen table has a glass top that is not secured. We were fearful that it was going to get tipped and break. It would have been nice to have a clothesline or hooks to hang wet towels and bathing suits. The ice maker in the refrigerator was broke. The property does not have a bin to leave extra items that can't be taken with which was a bummer. Beyond that, everything else was as expected or better!

Living room furniture is getting very soft so I needed to sit on the large throw pillows in order ro be comfortable. The property manager addressed any of our needs immediately.

The condo is lovely. The parking deck was easy to enter and exit. The beach view was perfect. Pool area was as described. I do wish the gym/pool area were available later than 10pm. I did send Vrbo communication with owner/manager and never got a response at the time of check-in. It worked out because issue was minor.

Great week! Very comfortable stay

The unit was spacious with a great view. However, there was black mold around the vents in all 3 bathrooms. Upon arrival there were 6 black mold moths in the master bed and bath that we had to kill before we could sleep. One of the matress covers on a bed in one of the secondary rooms was shredded.

The location couldn’t have been better — right on the beach and within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants.The check-in process was seamless and very easy. I received timely and helpful notifications leading up to the trip and on the day of arrival, which made everything smooth.The only minor downside was that we needed to purchase extra paper towels, toilet paper, and a few basic amenities during our stay. While the listing mentioned these items were provided, we didn’t realize there wouldn't be additional supplies. Also, being so close to the beach meant sand was inevitable, and although there wasn’t a broom or dustpan, we were glad there was a vacuum available to help keep things tidy.We really appreciated the extra beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach gear available for use — such a thoughtful touch! We even left a few items behind for the next guests to enjoy.Overall, our group had an amazing time and absolutely loved the condo. We will definitely be booking this specific condo again for our next trip to Gulf Shores!

Condo is way bigger in person. We had 10 people staying on the condo and we had plenty of room, nice each room has a bathroom.

Beautiful place! Location was great! I would suggest fixing things more carefully Before the next tenants arrive. There are handles missing on the king dresser and nightstand.

It was great..very spacious! Kitchen could use a few more appliances.. rice cooker, air fryer and more dish towels

The unit was exactly as described. There was nine of us and we had plenty of space. The ease of access to the beach is definitely a plus. The family also enjoyed the indoor pool when there was rain. Location is perfect to get to the shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

Very convenient with beautiful view of the ocean. Family friendly, quiet, private, yet still fun for children.

There was a small room with floaties, chairs (these were in the worst condition) we ended up throwing them away and purchased more. We left a few beach towels for the next group. This is a beach vacation these should be there for the customers to use. When you are traveling the beach towels take up a lot of room in the luggage. The personell at the facility were all great and helpful. They were all super nice. The youngest grandchild 3, enjoyed both pools, expecially the one with the slide.Thank you for such a nice place to stay and enjoy our family.

The property was very close to the venue. We were able to walk. The condo was very clean and had so many amenities. The view was my favorite! The beds could use new mattresses but that is the only concern. I would absolutely stay there again.

My husband and I brought our 15 year old son and 2 of his friends here over Easter. The condo was great! Lots of space, ideal location, fully stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The unit itself is spacious and exactly like the photos. It is lacking basic things like coffee filters, or even a sponge to wash dishes. The management company leaves the absolute minimum soap and shampoo for a day, same as toilet paper, paper towels etc. Plan on bringing everything. Parking desk closes at 530 and management company did not respond to emails while there. Overall good place but be prepared. Neighbors upstairs were also pretty loud but no one on site to deal with it we could find.

Had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Couple of things didn't work but overall great place.

Great place right on the Beach

Super nice place to stay. Clean and spacious for 10 people in our group. No complaints about anything and just a very positive experience Would definitely reserve again.
