Phoenix East 1004 | Indoor/Outdoor Pools + Hot Tub & Sauna

Eveyone was super nice and a great view. The only thing was the check in time wish could have been sooner only bc we drove 8 hrs and wanted to get as much time in at the beach as possible.

Was a wonderful relaxing vacation! We can’t wait to come back!

The view was amazing. We seen dolphins close to shore a few times. The place itself was ok. I knew it would be outdated. We had to buy a mattress topper for one of the beds so we didn't hurt the 2 weeks we were there. Check out was simple enough except I wasn't a fan of having to have all the dishes washed and put away before we left. All the places Ive ever stayed at you just had to run the dishwasher before you left. Its just a lot especially when you have young kids and are trying to get out of there by 10. Other then that it was a decent place to stay.

Very clean condo with a beautiful view. Our host checked on us and made us feel welcome. Communication was excellent. Since we are aging baby boomers with balance issues, our only suggestion would be the installation of grab bars in the bathrooms.

We had a great vacation. The condo had a great ocean view and was in a good location. If there was anything to upgrade, it would be the double beds. They were slightly uncomfortable. We would stay again!

Condo was perfect for 4 people. Nice time of year for a beach trip. Enjoyed our stay. We were right on the beach. The pool was clean. Not a lot of people around. The grounds were well maintained.

Over all it was a great stay. There was a few imperfections (poor Sheetrock repair behind doorstop at entry way) (light fixture cover hanging in hallway) (bed in master bedroom was not comfortable) but nothing that hurt our trip! The room met all of our needs and we enjoyed our trip.

It was so great that we added an extra night the first day there! Great location on the beach, air conditioner worked great, super family friendly environment! It was a great trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

We had a great time with family at Phoenix East. Enjoyed the condo and all the amenities. It was a great vacation experience.

Loved the condo and definitely would stay again

Very clean and easy in and out. Great view. The only complaint that I would have is the lack of floor mats or anything at the entrance to be able to wipe your feet/shoes on as you come in.

Very friendly staff, security on site, very clean. Great location with easy beach access.

Beautiful unit in a great location!

No complaints about the condo. Phoenix properties are always great. The best part to us about this condo is the location. We love walking to the jetty and shell hunting. Being so close to the pass is also great to watch all the boats go in and out. Would stay here again!

This unit was clean and had a beautiful view. It desperately needs updates. Porch furniture is worn out, mattresses are not very comfortable, kitchen supplies are limited. Our neighbor smoked frequently. We contacted building managers on site, and the company we rented from without any resolution. People were vaping at the pool, so this is not a property that enforces posted rules about smoking. It did not ruin our vacation, but was annoying.

This condo is located in a great area of Orange Beach with a great view of the Gulf. The building and condo are both dated and in need of updates. 2 of the 3 elevators have foam sheets taped to cover the floors and walls. The furniture placed throughout the building is very worn and old. In the condo, there are too many things needing updated to list. One very noticeable thing are the multiple dirt spots on the walls and finger smudges on the doors. Chipped furniture (inside and outside), lamps, countertops and picture frames. Bathroom countertops in both bathrooms below average height. Trash can in 2nd bathroom has rust spots covering it and dent in the lid. Shower curtain hooks in 2nd bathroom have created rust stains on the shower curtain. I’ll stop but could keep on going. We will not stay at Phoenix East again.

The condo was very nice. Very comfortable for my family of four. The location is fantastic and the beach is great.

Exactly what we needed. View of the beach, easy access to beach, just enough room for the three of us (mom, dad and teenage son). Will definitely return!
